Lounges looked dirty, aside from that the property was good

It was very clean, lovely staff

The fridge wasn’t working properly; all our food was frozen and we weren’t able to eat them *note* we tried to bring the temperature up but thermostat was NOT working. There wasn’t any dryer in laundry which was inconvenient.

Narooma is beautiful, but don’t stay in this apartment

Housing style, look at the real photos below, Terrible place, smelly, old carpets in very general bad conditions, crappy and very ugly. Photos in their website are photoshopped. Big scam. We rented 2 nights and left in the first night. First night couldn’t sleep well. In the morning on a Saturday at 7:30am the condo decided to repair outside in front of our window the sewage water, cutting out the concrete in the ground. The noice woke us up. Then no one told us that the water service is going to be cut out. Couldn’t finish showering. Our family left the property same moment. Wrote to the realestate, Whale Coast realestate,no answer; no apologies. If you want to stay in a slum type accomodation, this is the place to stay. Not our way to have holidays at all!!!
