The most revolting and unacceptable accommodation we have ever encountered – and Booking.com’s complete incompetence mad

From the moment we stepped in, it was like walking into a health hazard. The shower cabin was covered in mould, the sinks were crusted with layers of limescale, the mattresses had enormous, foul-smelling stains, the bed linen was dirty, the curtains were smeared with grime, and the pillows reeked. On top of that, the electrical sockets were unsafe and non-compliant – a real danger. The walls were mouldy, and the entire property reeked of a sharp, nauseating smell that made us physically ill. These were inhuman conditions that no paying guests should ever be subjected to. The owner? Completely absent. No replies, no solutions. Booking.com? An absolute disgrace. We called them repeatedly, explaining the dangerous and disgusting conditions, and they failed to provide any help whatsoever. No relocation, no refund, not even a basic acknowledgment of responsibility. Their incompetence was staggering – they left us to endure this nightmare without lifting a finger to fix it. We were constantly on the verge of vomiting because of the smell and filth. This was not a holiday – it was a serious health risk. We have already reported this property to the consumer protection authorities, and we will not stop until action is taken. The photos on Booking.com were blatantly misleading and in no way represented the revolting reality. Allowing such a property to remain on their platform is unacceptable and dangerous. It should be removed immediately. Booking.com has proven itself to be the most incompetent, irresponsible, and useless travel agency we have ever dealt with. If this is the level of “quality control” they apply, then they are complicit in deceiving customers and putting their health at risk.”

Alles in Allem akzeptabel!

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. 10 Minuten bis zu Metro. Da der Metrotakt nur 4 min betrug war man sehr schnell am Ziel.

Die Ausstattung war ein bischen dürftig. Der Toaster hat auch schon bessere Tage erlebt. Ein Zimmer hatte nicht zu öffnende Fenster. Das muss man vorher wissen!
