Friendly and welcoming hosts! Impeccable cleanliness. The location is fantastic — just step outside and you're right in the heart of the action.
But what impressed me most was an old espresso machine, seemingly straight out of the 1970s. When you wake up in the morning, ready to step out into Italy, there it is in the lobby, waiting for you like a guardian of times gone by. In the blink of an eye, with a cup of freshly brewed, excellent espresso in your hand, you're transported to another era.
And the coffee? On the house! :)
Italy. Naples. Espresso. La dolce vita!

Everything about the room was wonderful!
I wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we'll get to return some day.

Price was not crazy for central location. Right on the middle of shopping street. Everything is nierby. Easy to comeback for daily rest. Room was big. High ceilings. Elevator helpful. Clean service every day. Donatella very helpful. Complimentary coffee and tea and water. Bed was comfortable. Ok.
You can't open balcony. Very noisy street. Coffee machine need to be better. Bathroom tubes need something fixing.
