So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house. While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to two cars to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed. You will not have use of the fireplace during your stay. The entire home is setup for the guest to use exclusively for their stay. We are very quick to respond to texts. But we are available easily by phone, email, you name it. Do you have a pet to bring? Please inform the host before arrival. A $69 pet fee (for up to 7 nights) must be paid before arrival.
