The apartment was clean and comfortable, with useful facilities such as a kitchenette, microwave, fridge, and kettle. The balcony was also nice, and there are good bus connections to Antibes and Nice.
The shower sliding door was off its hinge, and there was nowhere inside the shower to place shampoo or toiletries. These seem like things that could be fixed quite easily. The biggest concern was communication, staff could not speak or understand even basic English when calling the provided emergency number, which can be difficult in urgent situations. A small vending machine for water and snacks would also be very useful, as the nearest supermarket is a little far away.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and had all kitchen appliances necessary to cook basic meals. Bus stop right outside the property going to Antibes or St. Philippe (closest super market).
No air conditioning (but a venting system to release hot air into a chimney, which allowed cold air to come in from the window during the night).

A quiet place next to the forest. Great terrace for your breakfasts.

It was clean
No air conditioning, and felt a little like a prison or barracks.
