Nestled in Seville, this attractive condo for $313 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Wonderful duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms, located in the most exclusive area of ​​Seville, the Arenal quarter. This amazing apartment is located on Padre Marchena Street, in a beautiful typical Sevillian style house, renovated and converted into 3 apartments. It’s the perfect place to enjoy, at the same time, the quiest surrondings, and the best location to visit Seville. In the restoration of the house, all the architectural aspects that give value to the building have been respected, as for example the original wooden beams that support a raised ceiling of more than 3 meters high. The living room has been furnished in detail contrasting classic and modern elements. It has a nice seating and dining area, and the kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with everything our guest might need. It has two double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed of 1.60 * 1.90 m and a bathroom with shower en suite, and another one with two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 cm each. The other bathroom with shower is located outside the rooms with access from the living room. In addition, there is a beautiful terrace on the top floor, furnished and ready to enjoy it to the fullest. Padre Marchena street is one of the quietest in the center and the Arenal area. There are are many exclusive houses with the typical arquitecture of Seville, and also the area is completely safe. Close to the apartment there are numerous bars, and it’s easy to find some of the most famous restaurants in the city, as well as small shops and two supermarkets. In addition, the most importany monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, or the Giralda, are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. A fantastic location just minutes from the Cathedral and other sites. The apartment was clean and well furnished, the beds were comfortable and the apartment quiet at night. The communication with the owner was excellent (some through vrbo app, some through what's app), and they met us at the apartment when we arrived. The room top patio was a big plus for us. There's no elevator, which was not a problem for us but if you would find it difficult to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs be aware of that. Also, the instructions for using the washing machine and dishwasher were not clear. The apartment has a QR code for a website with instructions, but those instructions do not match the machines in the apartment. Those minor things aside, this is an excellent apartment!

Absolutely perfect property for two to four people. You just can't beat the location of this property. Close to everything, but nice and quiet at night. The apartment is clean and beautiful with a great roof top terrace. You can literally walk to everything that you want to see. Tons of great bars and restaurants within minutes walk. Save yourself a lot of time looking through other listings, and just book this one.

The apartment is clean and beautiful with a great roof top terrace. You can literally walk to everything that you want to see. Tons of great bars and restaurants within minutes walk. My wife, daughter and I spent 5 days in Sevilla and this property was perfect. Slightly away from the busier tourist areas on a quiet street, but easily accessible by foot to just about everything. Property was perfect. Bright and clean. Air conditioning worked without any issue (it was very hot during our stay), which was critical. Check-in and check-out was super easy, and when we had a question about the door lock to the roof deck we got an immediate response. Speaking of the roof deck, there is a canopy for protection from the sun, which I don't believe shows in the pictures. With the heat of July, we were only able to go up there early in the mornings. Overall, a great property, location and customer experience!

This apartment was wonderful for me, my husband, and his parents! It was centrally located in the old town area, but was very quiet and peaceful in the evening since it’s on a side street. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the needed modern amenities.

This apartment was clean, well equipped, and quite comfortable. Our host, Elena, met us at the rental as was extremely helpful in orienting us to rental. The deck was spacious and comfortable. The picture showing the cathedral is misleading, as it can only be viewed when leaning over the deck balcony. Otherwise, an excellent and centrally located VRBO that I would highly recommend.
