Worst accommodation I've been to in a while

Room was clean, no bad smells. Air conditioner worked fine. Room has a microwave and enough kitchenware (dishes, forks, spoons, cups).

We knew it was going to be a very small room, but it also turned out it's surprisingly uncomfortable due to how it's designed, or in other words it's really not thought-out well. Owner or manager should try to stay in the room themselves and they would see it. The room turned out to be not in a square, but in a strange triangular shape. This coupled with it being small, I couldn't even find places to put our luggage and had to move the bed to a better position. The room is hard to even move around due to being small and triangular. We found no hangers or hooks for clothes so didn't know where to put them. There's very little storage space in the room, one small table for tea and one small chair. "Work desk" is not really a work desk but a cabinet so you can't put your legs under it - it's very hard to use a computer or actually work sitting at this "desk". Blanket provided was for one person, not for two. We had no small towels provided (only large ones). There was no trash bin in the bathroom. The Internet was slow and intermittent. Bed was a bit too hard. There's no elevator in the building, need to ascend a narrow staircase to get to the room, hard to do with luggage. Plenty of seemingly small things, but they all amounted to a very uncomfortable experience. Now the big problem: I was woken up at 7 AM by the sun shining directly on my face! Through the window with near-nonexistent curtains! Ask any doctor - for good quality of sleep people need COMPLETE darkness. I am used to accommodations not aware of this and having thin curtains, but it's the first time I was in a room where sun shines directly on to the bed in the morning with curtains unable to block it. I always use a 3D eye band to get darkness for my eyes during travels, guess what - even this band could not block this sun. Couldn't go to sleep after this. In fact, most of these issues could be corrected without spending too much money.

Good

I like everything else. Good location. Good environment. Peace area.

Inside the room there was no spoon, fork and plate.

Helpful stuff and comfortable room

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The receptionist went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s central location was convenient, and the room was impressively spacious.

The rooms were not soundproof, so I could clearly hear conversations and other noises from neighboring rooms both during the day and at night. This made it difficult to sleep, which was especially frustrating since I had work the next day. Aside from the noise issue, the room itself was comfortable.
