Cute, homey vibe. Accurate description/photos. Full updated private apartment. Decently clean. Good location.
The room is originally a good price but they charge $50 nonrefundable deposit after booking yet the apartment lacked obvious minor upkeep/repairs. Microwave broken, toilet paper holder in bathroom fell apart, and bathroom had no cold water. Toilet wouldn’t even flush by the time we left. Couch had some stains. Had some difficulty with keypads at first but figured it out thru the host email information.

Gorgeous facility with high ceilings and lovely decor. Very clean. Comfortable beds and soft linens.Spacious rooms with areas to sit and relax. Fast attentive communication from staff.
Hancock House felt very safe and secure however it is in a downtown area and caution needed when walking. Police presence is very positive and area is monitored well.

First off, the unit layout was absolutely beautiful. Very homey and comfy. But there was a few downsides: there was dirt and residue on the cabinets, there was no trashcan in the kitchen, only a small one in the bathroom. There was cobwebs, and hand prints and smudges on the windows. Also dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. Although with its flaws it was still beautiful. Just the upkeep and cleaning could be better.
