Location and price can't be beaten. Very comfortable, very large mattresses
Having no windows in the room is more unpleasant than one imagines. Claustrophobia sets in, and the provided subdued lights are insufficient, e.g. I had to shine my phone's torch over my wife's face so she could apply her makeup. Also the sink was clogged, with no way to reduce the flow from the 2 setting tap (fully on or fully off). I bumped my head on the top bunk 5 times throughout the 1 night stay, and use of the iron is £10, £60 to stash a couple suitcases ("but if you come to me I'll do it for 30, just for you").

The location was amazing
Everything else! Customer service .. strange managerial rules “based on the staff”. Especially the check in process .. i arrived at the property 45 mins before the check in time .. i was asked to sit in the lobby or the cafe down and wait for 45 mins .. i asked if the rooms are clean and available .. they said yeah they are but if u want to enter 45 mins before the check in time u will pay i think 80 pounds! I was like .. so the rooms are ready but u r keeping ur guests waiting in the lobby like this!? The lobby looked like a refugees camp! It was such a poor management decision about implementing this type of rule! And the receptionist told me .. i understand what u mean but these are the rules! Also .. check in time at 3 and check out time at 10 am!!!! That’s too early ..
moreover, i asked for the room to be cleaned .. they said u r staying only 2 nights so we clean and change the sheets after 5 days!!!!!!! I was like what the hell! They just added new towels on the bed and didnt not even make the bed! As shown in the picture

Attention à l’arrivée de l’hôtel , on vous oriente pour déposer vos bagages en payant 15 livres par bagages , mais vous pouvez demander à avoir votre chambre en avance en payant un forfait .
Perso en étant 6 on nous a d’abord orientés à déposer nos bagages … puis la seconde hôtesse nous a dit que c’était possible d’aller dans notre chambre en payant early booking.
Ce que nous avons fait en récupérant nos bagages juste payés contre la clé ..
plus sympa de faire une pause dans la chambre avant de partir crapahuter en famille dans la ville !

Location
Woke up on the Sunday morning to discover our bed was crawling with bedbugs. This room clearly had not been serviced properly in a very long time to have so many bedbugs visibly crawling over the sheets. Was promised a refund in full which has still not been actioned almost two weeks later. Please also note this hotel charges an extortionate £15 per item for luggage storage.

Terrible music noise from bar to the room every night, couldn´t sleep.
They didnt give a room even 1hour earlier for free - 40£ check-in beetween 12pm and 3pm and 60£ before 12pm.
Even a luggage room was chargeable - 15£ per item or bag per day!!!
Poor "breakfast" - 15£ !!!

The location was very central, essentially walking distance from everywhere we needed to visit in Soho. Staff were lovely, rooms were clean and the hotel had a homely, relaxed feel to it.
My partner did not appreciate the opaque glass separating the toilet and shower as she wanted some more privacy.
It was a gorgeous, simple room but dimmable lights would have been great as we had two options; “full lighting” or “pitch black”.

I didn’t like much at all about the property, especially for the price.
Where do I begin, my child was ill and they wouldn’t work with me to cancel the reservation I made the day before. The man at the front desk said that he would talk to reservations, left for a few mins and came back and said they were too busy. So I asked if they were unable to work with us that could we at least check in early so I could lay my child down and they charged us $40 pounds to check in early, or check our bags until check in time for $15 pounds a bag. If you want a hair dryer it’s $10pound extra, iron? Another $10 pound extra. The room was like a depressing jail cell with no TV, side table, nothing. You cannot turn the A/C off. Even when you turn it off on the wall it makes a whistling noise and runs in the bathroom all night. It was so poorly lit, no windows, can’t call the front desk bc you have no service and even whenever I did try to call the front desk, no one answers ever, for two days straight. We finally went down to request an extra pillow and it took two hours before they delivered it to our room. It was filthy, hair in the sink, all in the shower, filthy air vents. For the price they literally offer nothing. Then go on to nickel and dime on everything. I would never ever stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here. It’s awful, you can hear everything going on in the “hotel” .. it’s an absolute joke and ruined our trip to London.

Very close to piccadilly station, but that whole area is overrated! I booked a single room but got allocated to the disabled/accessible single room, which had quite a large space so it was not as cramped as I was expecting. Room is well lit and the entry/lobby area felt safe. Efficient enough for 2 nights, wouldn't stay any longer
No shelf or table or anything to put your stuff on, you have to put it on the floor. Could do with more hooks and places to hang jackets etc. Staff didn't seem to be too coordinated, as I had 2 cleaning staff try to open my door even after I told the first one I don't need roomkeeping, and even after I had told the front desk I don't need roomkeeping

Ubicación inmejorable, instalaciones modernas, cama cómoda y grande para 2 personas. Nos gustó que tenias encima de la cama puertos USB para cargar el móvil sin necesidad de llevar el adaptador para el enchufe.
No te limpian la habitación, te cambian las toallas y te vacían la papelera todos los días. Para pocos días no importa, pero supongo que para una larga estancia eso si que pudiera ser un gran inconveniente.
El agua de la ducha el primer día no salía caliente por la mañana y nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría a las 8am.
Estaría bien un mueble más grande donde poder dejar las maletas, hay uno pero muy pequeño y solo entra una maleta y la otra la tienes que tirar al suelo.

La localización. Dormir en silencio.
Lo que viene en la foto de 1 m despacio, entre el colchón y la pared, no es cierto, y mis hijos que son altos se daban con los pies contra la pared.
De tal minimalista, la mesita y el espejo que aparecen en la foto, tampoco es cierto. No había absolutamente ni una mínima repisa para poder dejar las cosas. Lo único para apoyar algo era la tapa cerrada del inodoro. Les pedí a los del Hotel que nos trajesen un banco, una silla, una mesa , algo y nos dijeron que no era posible.
Además, tampoco tiene secador de pelo, y si lo alquilas, 10 libras diarios.
Si el día de salida, quieres dejar las maletas unas horas cobran 15 libras y por cuatro horas más la habitación 80 libras.
Y lo que no había visto nunca, y eso que he estado en mogollón de hoteles, es que no te limpian la habitación , ni te hagan las camas por supuesto. Lo único que hacen es recoger la bolsa de basura que hay en el baño .

Tutto il resto!! La camera non ha nemmeno una finestra, il servizio pulizia è inesistente! Tutto il soggiorno ogni mattina chiedevo le asciugamani e la carta igienica, il letto non è stato mai rifatto e la camera mia pulita in 4 giorni! Per 470€ mi aspettavo molto di più!

Quartos pequenos, sem mesa de apoio e somente 1 pequeno local para colocar malas.
Chuveiro com meio box, onde acaba molhando todo o banheiro. Não há secador de cabelo (caso queira, ele é cobrado).
Cuidar na hora do checkout pois, ele fecha às 10 hs (a.m.) da manhã.
Chegamos no hotel para fazer nosso checkin às 21:00 hs (9:00 P.m.), bem além do nosso horário e quando fomos fazer nosso checkout (após 4 diárias), nos cobraram 50 libras pois saímos às 11:40 hs (a.m.). Penso que pelo período que ficamos e por termos entrado tarde, não custava fazer o late checkout e não nos cobrar. A funcionária simplesmente não quis conversar e falou que era regra da casa a cobrança.
Serviço de limpeza acontece em horários variados, geralmente entre 5 e 6 hs p.m. Tivemos que solicitar a limpeza para ser feita pela manhã (horário em que estávamos fazendo nossos passeios).

Seemed to be slight damage to the tap in the sink, though this didn’t affect function. The mirror light in the bathroom doesn’t turn off, so there’s no way to turn all the lights out when you want to sleep (since there’s no windows or anything by maybe this is a safety feature?).
In the morning the wifi suddenly stopped working. This made it very difficult to get any work done that I was in the middle of, since phone signal is weak inside the hotel. It also affected check out, so while it was handled, I left unsure as to whether I was properly checked out of my room

The property was clean and the entrance was nice and people was there to help to check in you do have to pay £15 to leave your bags which isn’t stated any where
The loud music that was on all night till gone 2 in the morning I was glad to leave we stayed in 2120 if you get that room expect not to sleep at all

The design of the hotel is pretty and the location is very good, but that’s about the only good thing to say about it.
We had to change rooms 3 times upon arrival because the first was over flooded, and the others really dirty with broken items. There is no windows, so the air conditioning needs to be on at all times making the room really dry and uncomfortable to sleep in - hard to breathe at night. No hairdryer in the rooms and when asked to borrow one from the reception they required 10£… 10£!!!! That’s just outrageous. At least rent it for a decent price of 2-3£.
Not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it.

The location was convenient and checkout was contact-less.
Staff were rude, I was waiting for a food delivery order near the entrance after a day of work and was told by a rude member of staff to go and wait outside at 11:30pm in November.
The room was BARE. It is literally a bed and a toilet. The bathroom was disgusting, the shower head had clearly never been cleaned and the tap was broken and when the water is running it sprays everywhere. No windows or TV, it feels like a prison.
The walls were so thin I could hear the room next to me turning off the light switch and my bedroom door didn't lock properly, I didn't sleep a wink. The gym closed way before my arrival and even if it was open, gym entry isn't included in the price. Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I will not be staying again.
