Rooms and bathrooms were excellent. The most attractive thing is the service. Claudio our concierge was an 11 out of 10 even when Mt Etna erupted and our flights were cancelled for a very large group. He spent the most effort trying to assist us in getting off the island. He made the whole trip!!

Absolutely gorgeous property
It is a 5 start boutique hotel where they make you feel at home. Our room was beautiful with comfortable beds and soft sheets.

Great location, very helpful staff and super clean and comfortable rooms
Wifi didn’t reach the second floor of our room and the water in the shower takes a while to warm up
