This property was decorated so nicely. You could tell care was definitely taken to make sure the clients enjoyed their stay. The only draw back for us were all the stairs, 42 of them, as I had a broken leg. We would stay here again.

The washing machine left an odour. We suggest asking guests to leave door open to it properly dries out.

I stayed in Andrea’s property for a whole month and it was the perfect home base for my family’s time in Florence! I can’t recommend it enough. It’s got a ton of space for two families (we were 6), two great bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved the comfortable living space, too, with 2 great couches. It’s in an incredible location in Oltarno and we were so close to everything! Definitely would stay here again!

Andrea was a warm and welcoming host. He provided a great deal of information to us prior to arrival. His information booklet was a terrific help. We loved the neighbourhood. The coffee shop (Manly's) right outside the apartment has a perfect espresso, while just down the street is a slew of delicious places to eat, or get your hair done, or have gelato, or buy some groceries. Enjoy your stay as this area has all you will need. It is very safe to wander at night.
