The region offers a wealth of activities: go swimming or golfing within 20 km, explore castle ruins in Haegen (19 km), Wangenbourg-Eigenthal (12 km), and Nideck (21 km)-where you'll also find picturesque waterfalls. Don't miss the Plan Incliné ship lift near St. Louis-Arzviller (16 km), a unique engineering marvel. For family fun, head to the Rhodes animal park (49 km), or enjoy a cultural day trip to Strasbourg (46 km) with its charming half-timbered houses. The chalet sits on an unpaved driveway leading to another house, and offers a direct view of Rocher du Dabo. Inside, you'll find air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort year-round. The garden furniture was fantastic for our short city break. We made use of the kitchen quite a bit too, which helped keep things simple and enjoyable during our stay.
