THE HOUSE WAS DIRTY THE FLOOR FULL OF DUST, THE SMELL WAS WEIRD, THE OUTSIDE WAS ALSO DIRTY AND SPIDER WEBS EVERYWHERE LOADS OF MOSQUITOES NO AIR CON, AND YOU WILL NEED TO CLEAN EVERYTHING WHICH DOESNT MAKE SENSE

Casa con potencial pero falta de reforma urgente

Hemos pasado una semana en familia, y lo mejor de la casa es su ubicación; Está al lado de un ALDI y muy próxima a la cala Baladrar, que merece la pena por no estar excesivamente masificada.

Nuestra experiencia en esta casa ha sido bastante mejorable, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos por la estancia (casi 2.500 € por 6 días) Al llegar, nos encontramos con una vivienda cuyas condiciones de limpieza y mantenimiento son claramente mejorables. La casa no estaba todo lo limpia que cabría esperar, algunos utensilios y productos de limpieza se encontraban en un estado poco adecuado y, tratándose de una vivienda situada en una zona de playa, echamos mucho en falta sistemas de ventilación que hicieran más confortable la estancia sobre todo en el salón de estar y algunas habitaciones. Entendemos perfectamente que una casa de alquiler puede tener pequeños desperfectos o aspectos mejorables, pero cuando se paga una cantidad considerable por el alojamiento, uno espera encontrar unas condiciones acordes con el precio. Lo comentamos desde el respeto y con ánimo constructivo, ya que creemos que con una limpieza más exhaustiva, una mejor puesta a punto y algunos detalles de mantenimiento, la vivienda podría ofrecer una experiencia mucho mejor. Por nuestra parte, la relación calidad-precio no ha cumplido nuestras expectativas y, lamentablemente, no podemos recomendarla en su estado actual. Necesita una reforma URGENTE, se nota que el propietario vive fuera de España y la tiene como medio de percibir ingresos

Nicht wie beschrieben – Sicherheits- und Sauberkeitsprobleme

Waschmaschine u Kühlschrank wurden erneuert

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, aber insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und aus meiner Sicht renovierungsbedürftig. Ein wichtiger Punkt ist die Sicherheit: Der Zugang über den Autoabstellplatz (Garage) ist nicht abschließbar. Das Tor kann nicht verschlossen werden, sodass jederzeit ungehindert Zugang vom Außenbereich zum Grundstück, zum Auto und auch direkt zu den Schlafzimmerfenstern besteht. Das empfand ich als sehr unangenehm. Der offizielle Eingangsbereich war zudem stark verschmutzt (u. a. Blätter, Schmutz und ein toter Vogel), was zu erheblicher Geruchsbelästigung führte. Dieser Zustand wirkte nicht gepflegt. Im Haus gibt es mehrere Mängel (z. B. defekte Duschhalterungen, beschädigte Elemente, wackelige Möbel, teilweise provisorische Installationen). Auch der Pool weist Schäden auf (fehlende Mosaikfliesen). Ein großes Thema waren Ameisen – sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich. Bereits nach wenigen Minuten waren Oberflächen (Küche, Außenküche, Essbereiche) stark von Ameisen befallen, wenn nicht sofort alles gereinigt wurde. Das war unabhängig vom Verhalten und hat die Nutzung deutlich eingeschränkt. Auch die Raumaufteilung ist teilweise unpraktisch (Zugang zu Zimmern über andere Räume, fehlende Trennung im Bad). Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine neu und in gutem Zustand waren – das scheint im Vergleich zu älteren Bewertungen verbessert worden zu sein. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war jedoch ebenfalls schwierig (falsche Beträge, Probleme mit dem Zugangscode bei Anreise). Insgesamt entspricht die Unterkunft aus meiner Sicht nicht dem Eindruck der Darstellung. Für größere Gruppen mit geringeren Ansprüchen eventuell nutzbar, für mich jedoch nicht empfehlenswert.

Sehr viel Charme und der noch maurisch-spanische Stil, bereits etwas angegraut, aber gerade deswegen liebenswert. Tolle Außenküche und Grill, tolle Sitzecken mit Poolbeleuchtung. Gute Nahversorgung. Zum Glück nicht alles perfekt oder steril.

Türen zwischen Schlafraum und WC fehlen in zwei Zimmern. Waschmaschine und ein Kühlschrank haben ihre besten Tage hinter sich.

Poca limpieza, principalmente del exterior de la casa. La puerta para el coche no cierra con llave.
