We were happy but the second bedroom was literally a walk in with a shower curtain as a covering & it wasn’t secure

It had all facilities around it

We were told two bathrooms where I assumed it was two showers and two toilets but it was only one shower and one toilet which was classified as two A bit misleading

Not a negative point but to note that there is a need to factor in the cost of daily car park max RM15, if you have a car.

Great choice if you need to be in this area and can adjust to the noise from the bar below.

For me the apartment was ideal. Perfectly located for my own personal needs as I wanted to be in Desa Parkcity but if you want to have easy access to KLCC then it would not be the location of choice. Desa Parkcity however is a lovely area with great shops, parks, restaurants, bars and entertainment and only 20-30 minutes cheap and easy Grab taxi ride to anywhere you might fancy around KL. The apartment itself is spacious and well presented and equipped with everything you're likely to need and the customer service was excellent. It has good kitchen/cooking facilities, with all the utensils you'd want, although a wok would have been nice - but anyway there are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from just downstairs. The shower and toilet are separate which is nice and the shower is very spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. (only 1 clothes hanger in the wardrobe). All in all a very good choice, although a little expensive compared with other more desirable tourist parts of town.

The one BIG complaint though would be the very loud noise from the bar immediately below which went on until around 3am 7 nights a week and was especially unbearable when they were singing karaoke. However, if you wish to be in this specific area, as I did, there's not much alternative accommodation available. So I adjusted my sleeping times to fit with the karaoke ! :-)

simple but clean apartment. Communication with Host/Assistant as to door access is disappointing.

location is perfect. code access is convenient.

1. i had to make many phone calls in order to ask the host HOW to get the access key and code and WHICH block in Arkadia. It was already 1pm on the day i was checking in but I still didnt hear or get any whatsapp messages from the host. I was getting worried. After several attempts , finally got through and the host said his assistant will whatsapp me the details in a groupchat. Again after 30min, i had to call because I still did not get any whatsapp from host or assistant. Finally after another 20 min, I received the whatsapp groupchat with the details. It was very worrisome to get info last minute because i had my family members with me. I suggest in future the host be more efficient and inform his guests a day before. I travel overseas and the airbnb host always provide code access and detail info as to the exact location etc a day before the check in.

Brilliant!

The Air conditioner in the hall may require repair. Since, the unit is located at the 3rd floor, the air wasn't exactly very windy and it was rather warm in the hall. Otherwise, the host was good and the place is clean. Definitely recommend for future stay since there are many restaurants around.

Nothing that I didn't like. Just the aircond lah. :)

The location is conveniently located in Plaza Arkadia, but the smell of the restaurants bothers

The floor seems not originally designed as residence. The description says this is two bedroom property but actually one of the bed room is separated by curtain and it is not a "room" like a space for domestic worker . Water pressure was very poor and it was weak even after the owner try to improve. Bed linens are smelly and towels are not clean.

bad stay!!!

totally out of expectation, very bad stay!! room air conditioner not working, bedsheet dirty and full of dust!! not convenient at all the shower room!! noisy area and it’s not normal resident area, it’s for office use!!

everything except the tv programme subscribed!!

Accommodation of choice

This property is located inside Plaza Arkadia. plenty of restaurants at the ground floor of the units. There is no issue of security and neighborhood is a popular place for jogging and running. The unit come with kithchen wares, washing machine, electrical stove with hood u need for a short vacation. Like the surrounding as well as this place. Checkin and checkout are easy and response from owners are almost immediately.

Everything is functioning. Nothing dislike.

A pleasant stay and will definately come back for another stay.

There are restaurants and Coffeebean available to pick up breakfast. So it still manageable during MCO.

Nothing as dislike in particular. Just the air con is not cold enough.
