Situated in Crested Butte, this lovely house for $553 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome (duplex) in the heart of downtown Crested Butte. Conveniently located two blocks from downtown for dining, shopping and entertainment. The free shuttle stop across the street, offers access to Mt. Crested Butte where you will find world class skiing, boarding, hiking, and biking. The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms which sleeps six comfortably. The sunny second floor has a generous size kitchen, dining area, large comfy sectional with internet enabled TV plus, a large DVD collection for guests to choose from. A sunny deck off of the living room houses a grill and dining area complete with mountain views. There is a fully fenced backyard available to our guests. The yard is private and accessible from the house. This property can be rented out together with the other side of the duplex, making the total bedrooms 6. Please reach out with any questions you may have. Bedrooms are as follows: (1) Queen Bed, (1) Queen Bed, and (1) Twin Bunk bed. **This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows: We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $25 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.** **We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $45. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.** Book through Peak Property Management & Sales and receive special discounts for ski and snowboard rentals through Christy Sports and Black Tie Ski Rentals! Parking Plan: There are two uncovered parking spaces in the driveway. Any additional vehicles can park on the side streets. Please adhere to the winter parking rules & regulations. Nice place close to store and main drag. All was good with the exception of TV reception/streaming - didn't work half the time. Bunk room is suitable only for kids and is very small. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location to catch the bus up to the ski hill. Close to groomed nordic trails to walk the dog. Close to grocery store. Would definitely stay here again for a quick get away!

The location was great! Close to town and an easy shuttle to the mountain for skiing. We had an issue with the smoke detector going off twice and we were unable to reach it. The property management responded quickly both times (on Christmas) and resolved the issue. The beds needed updating but, otherwise, it was a great stay for my family.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the property. As advertised, the location was a perfect walking distance to the venues the wedding party selected on Elk Ave. The house was the right size for the four of us and was very quiet (even on the 4th of July!).

Been to CB many times, this is the first time in May, few things were still closed but still lots of fun. Town was great! The stay was great, close to town and easy to walk too. The check-in/out was seamless. Thank you for everything Bill

So much snow! We stayed for a short ski trip and loved the location and ease of walking to all our favorite spots downtown. The house was clean, spacious for 4 and 2 dogs, and quiet. Will be looking for this place in the future!

Home was perfect for two adult and two teens to rest and relax between hiking, biking, shopping and eating! Easy walk to elk, coffee shop around the corner and breakfast just a block away. Also super convenient to the grocery store for any needs.

Perfect location, 2 blocks from all the dining and shopping on Elk Ave, and on a quiet, flower-lined street. Great for dogs with a big, enclosed backyard, and the whole property was very clean. Huge DVD collection, which was a real source of fun. Amazing view of Mt Crested Butte right from the deck and the living room. Spacious upstairs living room/kitchen and the full bath downstairs is newly remodeled. Management company is very responsive. And we loved it so much that we’ve already rebooked.

Location is perfect. Easy to walk two blocks to town and not have to worry about parking. Had an issue with the keyless system, it did not lock vs unlock immediately and took a few tries each time we left the rental. We did reach out to management who said they would change the battery while we were out but it was still touch and go all weekend. Overall very comfortable space, kitchen is well equipped. Only other issue was our neighbors. Did not realize this was a duplex and you could hear other renters through bedroom wall and outside of our room as they were extremely loud all weekend. Granted it was a holiday weekend. The rest of the neighborhood was very quiet and cute.

Our group really loved this place! It was comfortable, close walking distance to the all the CB shops and restaurants, plus Clarks, and it was a great place to stay for our extended family. If you're allergic to dogs, do know that you'll find some doghairs on common areas, but that didn't bother our group, just an FYI since it's a pet-friendly place. We overall give it high ratings and would love to stay there again.

This rental is a great location. It’s the perfect place to stay. Walking distance of downtown, nice kitchen/living room. The updated shower want nice. My only complaints is that the bed mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping due to this. I couldn’t wait to go home. I think a small investment in new mattresses and pillows would go a long way.

This property had everything we needed, and was a great little house to rent. Close to shops, Nordic center, hardware store and grocery store. Beautiful view of the mountain in the second floor. It was clean and all the appliances work. Interior is a bit dated and there are no frills or even some spare salt. There are two large parking spots, but be careful to pull in far enough, we got a parking ticket one night because we didn’t pull in enough. Also, not clear in ad, is that this is a duplex. Electrical outlets in both bathrooms didn’t work. The internet was fast, but went down for a day. Streaming TV would not connect to the internet.

Excellent location. Spacious living area and kitchen. However, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness. The unit was full of dog hair (no dog with us); the couch was home to pretzels, popcorn, more dog hair (again, none ours); the oven was filthy. We were expecting extra care in cleaning.

Well located right in town! We especially loved the grill and porch with Mountain Views. The main living area is spacious and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms are adequate size and having 2 full bathrooms was perfect.

We had a very comfortable stay! The kitchen was the perfect size and provided everything we needed to cook our Christmas meal. The couch was comfortable and we loved all the dvd's! The only thing you could provide is a snow shovel for guests. The snow plow pushed a bunch of snow up against our car and we had to dig it out by hand to be able to get our car out. Just thought that might be a nice thing for you to leave guests. Other than that, we had the most wonderful time and would like to stay there again!

My husband, and our three twenty-something sons and I stayed here as a home base from where we did some hiking and exploring for a few days in and around Crested Butte. The house was perfect. The lower level bedrooms were fine, everyone had their own bed. And the upstairs living space was open and pleasant. The view of Mt Crested Butte from the balcony was fantastic. We cooked and grilled at home 3 out or 4 nights because it was a really nice place to hang out. Comfy movie watching at night too!
