Unbelievable Sunrises from the third-floor balcony!
3 bedroom 2 bath condo third-floor oceanfront in Surfside. Recently and continually updated and ready for you to make your memories! The Master bedroom has all new furniture and a remodeled bathroom with a custom pebble floor shower & a new 50-inch TV! New furniture and bedding in the second bedroom which now has a queen bed and a single over double bunk bed & a new ceiling fan and a new 50-inch TV. The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have built-in USB charging ports for those important electronics to be charged! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to prepare whatever meal you have in mind. Oceanfront Windows were just tinted to reduce glare and reflect heat making your stay more comfortable and the condo more efficient along with new shutters throughout. There is a storage room downstairs for all the beach stuff and there is assigned covered parking spaces for the condo, Linens are provided as well, check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The condo is close to everything, every type of restaurant you could imagine is within 10 minutes and the same for shopping. We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we decided to stay again this year! The views of the ocean are so beautiful from this top floor condo. The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated, and we loved listening to the waves in the evening. We appreciated the provided beach chairs and boogie boards/sand toys for the kids. The location is awesome! The grocery store is just up the road, we were able to walk to Conch Cafe for breakfast and dinner, and Surfside pier is very close as well. We would highly recommend this condo to others.

Loved staying here and would definitely come back. The place was very clean, the host responsive, and the views were amazing. We especially loved having a ground level storage area with beach items. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time here last week! The condo was exactly how you see it on the photos! It was clean and spacious! The view was spectacular as well! We love how you can park 2 cars and not just 1. This helped my son and his very pregnant wife tremendously! We loved how it was family oriented ast well! The host communticated quickly and was a tremendous help! We will be coming back next summer!

The best condo we’ve found in Surfside! Just an amazing place to stay. The condo is beautifully-designed, clean, comfortable and well-decorated. It feels like a well-appointed home rather than a rental property—with beautiful art, area rugs, pillows and throw blankets. The vaulted ceilings and the loft area made it feel spacious and cozy at the same time. The view from the balcony was the next-best thing to sitting on the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pots and pans; and the cupboards were filled with games and puzzles. Our host was attentive and immediately responsive when we ran out of kitchen trash bags during our stay. The beach itself is something out of a story book. It’s charming and relaxing, well-maintained, wide, gently sloped and never over-crowded. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and watching kids taking surf lessons, families flying kites, couples walking their dogs, and teenagers playing catch. Everyone was considerate of their neighbors, and there was no loud music or conspicuous drinking. The entire neighborhood lining the beach is also gorgeous, well-landscaped, and clean. It actually feels like a community, rather than a collection of stilted homes on the sand. I can’t recommend this condo, enough. We have already booked our stay for next summer, and plan to stay twice as long!
