Nestled in Surfside Beach, this charming condo for $547 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Unbelievable Sunrises from the third-floor balcony! 3 bedroom 2 bath condo third-floor oceanfront in Surfside. Recently and continually updated and ready for you to make your memories! The Master bedroom has all new furniture and a remodeled bathroom with a custom pebble floor shower & a new 50-inch TV! New furniture and bedding in the second bedroom which now has a queen bed and a single over double bunk bed & a new ceiling fan and a new 50-inch TV. The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have built-in USB charging ports for those important electronics to be charged! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to prepare whatever meal you have in mind. Oceanfront Windows were just tinted to reduce glare and reflect heat making your stay more comfortable and the condo more efficient along with new plantation shutters throughout. There is a storage room downstairs for all the beach stuff and there are 3 assigned undercover parking spaces for the condo, That kind of parking is hard to come by! Linens are provided as well, check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The condo is close to everything, every type of restaurant you could imagine is within 10 minutes and the same for shopping. We cannot say enough good things about this property!!! If VRBO had 10 stars this condo would get 10 stars in all categories. We have stayed in a lot of properties in the SC coastal area and this one is leaps and bounds above all the others. The home was immaculately clean, something that is hard to find these days. All the linens were fresh, towels were fluffy and in great shape, and all the beds were so comfortable. We greatly appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the basic necessities that were provided (dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc.). It was so nice to have a property where we just had to bring our clothes, toiletries, and food and didn’t have to outfit an entire home for the week. The storage closet downstairs with all the beach gear (chairs, sand toys, bags set, grill, etc.) was an added bonus. We loved not having to haul all our beach equipment halfway across the country! Communication with the host was great. No issues with checking-in or out and all the info was provided in a timely manner. We have been searching (for years) for a “go-to” property for our winter trips to SC to visit family and this property is it! It truly felt like home away from home and we will be back!

This was a beautiful condo and was very well stocked with any and everything needed. The only issue we had, though I might have missed it when booking, was that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Beautiful views!

What a fabulous home, beach, weather and vacation. The pictures of the property do not do it justice . The condo was so comfortable and probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. My family and I had such a wonderful time staying here. We could not have asked for a better location to enjoy the beach and the well equipped home is perfect to come back to after a day in the sun. A great spot for families, although be prepared to climb several flights of stairs to and from. We had extra hands to help carry luggage and groceries so it wasn't bad, but may not be ideal for several littles or elderly folks. Otherwise, a noticeably clean and spacious home with lots of games to pass the time on a rainy day. Our family has a new favorite spot and we will certainly be back!

Wonderful location 20 minutes from the overly crowed parts of Myrtle Beach. Cute neighborhood feel with local coffee shops, restaurants and hangouts. Peaceful location. The townhouse had everything needed with the most perfect patio and beach views with steps to the beach. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Plenty of space, comfy beds and places to hang out! Absolutely would stay here again if we ever were to head back that way!

We stayed for just a couple nights and kicked ourselves for not booking more nights. It was a cute little condo, perfect for a family of 5 and 2 grandparents. Kids fought over the loft and enjoyed the dvds and board games. Having the beach steps away was amazing! We cannot wait to come back.

This condo was well equipped from kitchen needs to beach chairs and games. It was also one of the cleanest condos I’ve stayed in. No surprises, looks just like pictures that are shown. An elevator would have made it perfect but i’d take. nice, clean and beautiful beachfront over elevator! We will definitely be back!

This property deserves ten stars and so does Kevin. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spotless, incredibly comfortable (great bed linens and pillows), has a well-equipped kitchen, and is a perfect location for beach access. The views can’t be beat! Communication with Kevin was so easy and he was very responsive. The outdoor furniture on the balcony is very comfy. This condo has lots of space and everything one needs has been thought of. Thanks for a wonderful place for a sisters’ trip. This lovely condo is well worth recurring visits.

My brother and two sisters and I came down to visit our father who lives in Myrtle Beach. This place was PERFECT! Nice big living room and dining table for us to hang out and eat together and space for each of us when we wanted time to ourselves-right on the beach-we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony together and watching the ocean. This place’s beach walkway is by far the nicest and has benches and a nice shower. Highly recommend-and we all may use it in the future for each of our immediate families!! Sooo accommodating!!!

Second stay just as nice as the first. Reluctant to give this place too high a rating because we will compete with others for our next stays! Best VRBO experience we have had. Clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Well provisioned kitchen with plenty of glasses (all types), plates, and pots and pans. Did some of the jigsaw puzzles during the cooler, wetter days. No elevator, so you will have to climb 3 floors up to the unit—good exercise! Will definitely be a consideration fir our next trip south. Pleasant and very responsive host.

The unit is as shown in the photos, though so much better. The unit is furnished well with sturdy & comfortable couches, chairs and beds. The kitchen is stocked with all you need - so many dishes, mugs, glasses, pots, etc. Beyond the comfort of the unit, the view is awesome. It was wonderful on a chilly day to just be able to sit on the balcony and relax in the serenity of the ocean. On a warm day, there is all you need for fun on the beach, with the beach closet stocked with chairs and beach games. We had a wonderful time with 2 other couples (friends & family). There was plenty of room for all. There are 3 sleeping locations with a total of beds to sleep up to 10! We had a issue at arriving (power not on microwave) but Kevin responded immediately and resolved the problem. We would love to return. Thank you!

Very nice rental on the ocean. Watched school of dolphins last two mornings there. Amazing views. Terrific location. Beautiful unit. Nice deck and very comfortable deck chairs. Used storage locker downstairs to keep golf clubs and fishing gear.

Beautiful home with plenty of space and all the amenities you need for a perfect beach vacation (the grandkids loved the boogie boards provided). The outside balcony supplies an awesome view of sunrises and the beach. The home is located on the third floor and the many stairs to reach it may be challenging for some (age/physical limitations). No need to really bring anything as Kevin and his family have thought of everything! We would definitely stay there again.

This type of vacation doesn’t happen often bc of busy schedules with teenagers and finances . From the moment we walked in we were amazed at the cleanliness , view and just the overall feel of the place . While I appreciated that it was ready for guests, I absolutely loved the fact that it felt lived in and comfortable . I’m not sure I have ever had a bed this comfortable aside from my own ! You guys thought of everything from games , to a stocked kitchen, beach chairs … even binoculars I discovered on the last day . The view was awesome and my favorite thing was morning coffee on the balcony in the mornings . A+ on those Adirondack chair by the way ! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us !

We loved everything about the beach house. It was clean, welcoming and the area was perfect. All we had to do was walk over a little walkway and the beach was there. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. We would highly recommend and hope to be back again!!

The pictures really do say it all. Great location on the beach. Third floor balcony with beautiful views. The patio furniture was comfortable and sturdy. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean. Kevin was easy to communicate with. This was a high school graduation gift to our son and 5 of his friends. They loved playing football on the beach, playing in the waves, and walking down the beach to the Garden City pier to getting ice cream and playing in the arcade. We highly recommend this property.
