Pozitia fata de plaja, statii bus si market.
Compartimentarea apartamentului, locul de parcare, dotări interioare (masina de spalat rufe si vade).
Salteaua de la patul matrimonial trebuie înlocuită. Ne-a durut spatele dimineața.
Espressorul de cafea trebuie curățat. Era infundat cu calcar. Am cumparat soluție si l-am decalcificat pentru a putea face cafea la el. Fierbatorul de apa plin de calcar; la fel si pentru el trebuie decalcifiere si curatare. In general obiectele de bucatarie erau lipicioase si spalate superficial.
Prosoapele de baie erau gri/uzate si miroseau inchis si nespalate profesional.
Apartamentul in general cu miros de fum de țigari. Pentru o familie nefumătoare a fost destul de greu sa ne acomodam cu mirosul inchis de tigari.

The property had convenient location right next to the gas station, 5 min walk to the store and 10 min walk to the beach. The community is gated so it gives you security. It also had cozy balcony, underground parking and 2 bathrooms which was convenient. The communication with staff was pleasant and easy, very friendly!
The property is older which is understandable but not well kept. A lot of mold is noted which could be fixed easily. Also a lot of dust and grime on light fixtures - it should be cleaned. Provided knives for cooking were also very dull. Impossible to cut anything. The host did not mentioned that pool was actually closed for the season and we were disappointed about that as we booked that place with pool amenity in mind.
