The cultural heritage value of this house has been transferred into many hands; until it was sold to Campbell Scott, a renowned painter, and jewelry maker. He used his artistic vision to design and reconstruct this house. Further, this property exhibits a uniquely modern architectural style.

We have stayed in many properties in NOTL but the location of this one could not be beat! If you are looking for a clean Scandinavian inspired setting look no further

The house is in definite need of an update. The outside porch was not clean, the sliding glass door screens were unattached and had holes in them. The couch in the family room was worn and the furniture was dated. The kitchen was well equipped, except for ice trays. The only upside was the terrific location and communication with the owner
