The location of this apartment is perfect. You get the most amazing views and thats why you stay here. The views are amazing of Ronda and the canyon and El Tejo. Close to restaurants.
The interior of the apartment is a bit drab and could use a bit of fixing up. - especially the bathroom.

The INCREDIBLE view. It’s a pinch me moment! The apartment is old but comfortable, spacious and clean. Very close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.
No air-conditioning but there was two portable fans which were sufficient.

Location and view of the apartment is precious. It beat many of the expensive big hotels it rivals. The place itself is a very typical apartment, which was great because it gave the sensation of being authentic. It has everything you need for a present stay.

The view from the windows is truly breathtaking — without a doubt, the greatest highlight of this apartment. It is genuinely unforgettable and something I will remember for a very long time.
The person managing communication with guests was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated.
The apartment itself is spacious, well-located and has a distinctive character. I particularly liked the furniture in the rooms and the unique style of the interior, which gives the place a lot of personality.
Unfortunately, I feel that this apartment relies far too heavily on its spectacular views rather than the overall quality of the accommodation.
The property is clearly in need of some attention and refurbishment. What makes this particularly disappointing is that many of the issues could be addressed with relatively modest investment, without compromising the apartment’s authenticity or unique character. It simply seems that maintaining the property has not been a priority.
The refrigerator and washing machine are old and poorly maintained. The bathroom is in particularly poor condition, and the shower curtain does little to prevent water from flooding the bathroom floor. The walls are dirty, the windows are poorly sealed, and several furnishings and appliances are visibly worn or damaged. Even the kettle had a broken lid — a small detail, perhaps, but replacing something so inexpensive should really be a basic standard.
However, the most disappointing aspects were the living room sofa and the bedroom bed. The sofa was damaged, extremely uncomfortable and covered in stains. The bed was equally uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For me, a comfortable place to sleep is one of the most fundamental expectations when booking accommodation, regardless of how beautiful the view may be.
I genuinely believe this apartment has enormous potential. With some basic maintenance, a few replacements and a little more care, it could be a wonderful place to stay. It is a shame to see such a unique property not being properly looked after.
I would have given it a considerably lower rating if it weren’t for the extraordinary view and the kindness of the person handling guest communication. Both deserve genuine praise, but unfortunately, they cannot entirely compensate for the apartment’s poor condition.
