The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We liked that we had our own secure door from outside and a gated small balcony area. Even though in the middle of the old town it was quiet at night in October. The roof terrace was excellent. Alexandra was very helpful and friendly on arrival, and has an office downstairs which is very reassuring if you need any help.
The top stairs to the roof terrace might not be suitable for anyone with walking or balance issues, but you don’t have to go there.

The location is the best, in the middle of the old-town. The room was as on the photos, we had everything what we need. The staff was very kind, they told us a lot of information about Polignano a Mare. The view from the roof-top is beautifull, the sea is 5-10 minutes from the apartment.

Outstanding location overlooking the sea. Provided a water dispenser in lobby for unlimited filtered water. Gabriele was super responsive and helped us with parking. Olexandra was very friendly.
Nothing, everything was great. Didn’t want to leave.

The property seems to be a popular tourist spot for photos. To get there, we got a shuttle to the outside of the old town, then found our way on foot. There were 3 floors inside our room so not for the faint hearted!
Some of the appliances didn’t work but were fixed quickly. The lovely maid did our washing for us. The kitchen was ok -a toaster would have been a good addition. Correspondence was mainly by text.
