Great value accommodation for disney/paris

This apartment is located in ideal location for disney...2 minutes on the metro, which is within walking distance. It was also ideal for day trips to paris centre. The apartment was clean, warm and the host was excellent at communicating. It was also very reasonably priced. We could see hollywood tower hotel in hollywood studios from the front entrance so that's how close the accommodation is to disney. Also, shopping centre with 147 shops a 5 minute walk...bakery, supermarket. Metro station all few minutes walk.

Simple but very comfortable stay

The place is very well kept and clean. The owner has been very precise in giving us all needed infos to get in and to use the apt. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and you can feel the effort of the owner for it. No doubt in advicing it.

Nice, affordable apartment, close to Disney and train station, but sometimes loud neighbors.

The hosts were available to answer questions very quickly and they provided detailed instructions on how to get in to the apartment. It was about a 10 minute walk from the RER train station, and near some restaurants. It was close to Disney, which was our destination. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. I liked that we could fully open the windows because it was very hot during our visit. The rate was a good price for the area.

The way to get into the apartment required 3 codes/steps to get into the different gates/doors, which was rather complicated the first time. The host did provide some good instructions, but it was still a little confusing the first time coming in (it was dark and late at night). The apartment is part of a larger complex with a courtyard in the middle. We could constantly hear crying babies from nearby apartments. There was also a very loud rooftop party on Sunday night that continued to midnight. Because of the noise, we would not stay here again. Due to the heat, we had to have the windows open, which made it impossible to close out the noise.

I would come back

The distance between the apartment to the main station The quality of the appartment and hostess. The way the keys are delivered.

I have two kids and they had to take a shower, and we found out that in some places in France they have a water boiler so when the water finish, you cannot take a shower. That happened to us in this apartment, that was really not nice after a long day in Disney and the kids needed to wash their hair, but the hostess tried to solve in the day after. For us it´s a crazy thing not to have enough water to take 1 good shower/day but it´s ok if this is not important to other people. The hairdryer was broken but immediatly replaced.

madam Linda is very accommodating and approaching we came early in our check in time and she let us dropped our things earlier.. We really like the place especially my son it's very nice and cozy, it's very close to all ammenties. Close to val de europe mall and 5 minutes to walk going to metro. I would definitely come back here.😍😍😍

Amazing

Very close to the RER station and super easy to get to Disneyland. Many supermarkets nearby too.

Mattress was a bit too hard but that's a personal preference

Great stay to visit Disneyland

Great stay if you plan to visit Disneyland. 20 min walking distance or 3 min by train (there is also a free shuttle bus to Disneyland leaving from a hotel nearby, but we didn’t try it). There are lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The apartment is nice and it’s perfect for 3-4 people. The host are very nice and responsive. They even left us a gift for our daughter as it was her 6th birthday.

Fantastic flat perfect location for a family trip

The flat is amazing, well located and equipped. Just one stop for Disneyland Paris by train, I really enjoyed my staying and it was a perfect match for my family :)

Great little find and fantastic base for all things Paris and Disney

It was very well located for Disney as well as the train (RER A) into Paris. Big shopping centre nearby (including abjure hypermarket Auchan) as well as plenty of restaurants and bars, all within a 5 minute walk. Very secure flat with all the amenities you might need. Linda, the owner, is extremely responsive and provided fantastic and very detailed instructions for how to access the flat. Great secure parking space underneath the building and a quiet neighbourhood.

It is a small apartment and while it can accommodate 4 people (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the lounge) it’s a little small for that if you are staying more than a couple of days. Better for a couple or a family with small children. Bed in the main bedroom was a little hard but that’s just personal preference.

Superb

Quiet, some small shops and restaurants just 5min walk. Free shuttle to disneyland 7min walk. Big shopping centre 7 min walk.

It was really warm inside so if you will be there in summer it might be hard to sleep.

excellent location for a trip in Paris for all ages.

Bery clean property in a very quiet and safe area. You can reach in minutes the RER station, restaurants, large shopping mall and an outlet mall (La Vallee Village shopping Center). Direct RER train line (route A or red line) to Louvre museum and city centre. Disneyland is 5 min by taxi and 20 minutes walking from the property. The host is amazing!!! very prompt in answering to all my messages. I had my daughter 10th birthday and they order a cake for the day and put it in the fridge. Strongly recommend the property for Paris. Thank you very much to Lidia.

maybe napkins and face towels would be good to have in the property.

the greatest place to stay in paris

Excellent place to stay, very comfortable, super clean, we really enjoy our time in the apartment. the location was perfect for our plans, close to the train station, close to restaurants, close to shopping mall, we didn't need to rent a car to move around the city.

Fabulous find 😊

Fabulous apartment in a great location! Stayed for 4 nights 2 adults 2 children visiting Disneyland Paris for a few days, you could see the park from the apartment and it took us exactly 17 minutes to walk there and that was with a 5 & 2yr old! Restaurants and shops only a couple of minutes away too. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed and had the basic things provided like wash tablets for dishwasher & wash machine, it even had toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice touch. We loved the small balcony which me & the husband enjoyed sitting and sharing a bottle of wine once the kids were in bed after a long day in the parks. A brilliant stay all around, will be recommending and would definitely stay again!!
