Great location and the paid parking is beneath the piazza so it was very easy to get to the place
They have charged €36 for extra sheets to make up the couch in the living room. The reasoning was that we didnt tell them to prepare beforehand. We were very tired and wanted to sleep separately with my husband. But to do that we had to pay. And there is noone at the reception after 5 pm. If you have special needs they will send someone.

This is a historic building in the most beautiful plaza of Torino. I loved the location, the spaciousness (huge room, plus kitchen and living room(!), and the staff were fabulous. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the water provided super appreciated as I was here during a heat wave.
The wifi was not working well in my rooms, but I was farthest from the router. I would definitely stay here again, but not in the room I was in. The power also went out around 23:30, so I lost the (rather weak) airco, and a way too bright emergency light came on, but this is a problem in Torino in general I learned.
