The apartment is in the ground floor in a small building, in the middle of the old town. The location is amazing, and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean and comfortable.
There is a little living room space under the bedroom mezzanine where you could sit on a sofa, but we never did as the smell of humidity was so strong. Even above on the mezzanine, it was very hot and humid. We did make use of the fans but a better dehumidification system and ventilation wouldn’t be luxury.

Good location
The air conditioning caused massive water leaks, and this was not fixed so every day we had to wipe lots of water from the floor. Also they refused to provide an additional set of sheets so I could sleep on the couch. I had to sleep without any sheets and without a duvet, which was ridiculous given that the Booking.com description did not mention that the sofa was not meant to be slept in. I have never booked any place where the managing company was this rude about providing additional bed sheets. And then they had the audacity to tell me I should wash the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, when they did not even provide us with any cutlery !
