I wish I could give the owner 6 stars!!! The place was stocked with everything we needed. All we needed was food. As soon as I booked, the owner sent a message and gave us detailed information. We would come back and stay at that property, hands down. We travel several times a year, this was the top!

This apartment is just perfect for two! It was clean and there was a lot of attention to detail. It has everything you need during a stay. We came back from hikes, grilled out a few nights and enjoyed the patio. The location is perfect for exploring the entire area.

This is a lovely casita! Very easy to get to local trails. Whole Foods, restaurants. It was chilly while I was there and the casita was warm. Laundry on site which was handy. Electric tea kettle! I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.

The place was perfect for my husband and I. The location is perfect and quiet. The views are amazing. It’s much more low key to stay in the neighborhood which is what we were looking for. The casita was very clean and well equipped. We would stay here again.

This was a good place for us to stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the mountains and trails. We felt well taken care of by Julie, the property manager. We appreciated attention to details. Everything was thought through making it smooth and comfortable for us. The only request if we would stay here next year would be more choices of pillows. They were all of the same kind and not too comfortable for me. But overall a great and quiet place to stay

This private, lovely casita with views is located in a quiet neighborhood close to many hiking trails with easy access to downtown Sedona. There are many gracious touches that make you feel right at home and the well stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own meals. We loved our stay at Lariat Casita and will make it our home base when we return to Sedona.

The Casita at Lariat House was everything we'd hoped for. Beautiful apartment, comfortable bed, peace and quiet, awesome view. All we wanted was to hike in the day and watch the stars at night, and we were not disappointed.
Host was fantastic and made chucking in and out easy-peasy! Very communicative, too. Our only regret is that we only booked 3 nights. We hope to return another time, and possibly plan a while week then. Thanks!

This place was the cutest casita we could have asked for in Sedona! Amazing view from patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The host was very accommodating and everything was a super easy process from check in to check out. Location was perfect from downtown Sedona shops and restaurants. Would absolutely come back for another stay.

Spent a long weekend at the Casita for a girls' trip. Everything was perfect! Location - near trails, and away from crowds in the center of Sedona. Enjoyed coffee on the patio and watched the sunrise over the beautiful landscape. Retired with glasses of wine on the same patio in the evening. Very clean, with every amenity imaginable. If I return to Sedona, I definitely plan to stay here again.

This casita is wonderful! The best location in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to trails. You can walk to the trails and so many different ones to hike. The home is beautiful inside, the kitchen is small but has everything one would need for cooking. The large king size bed was very comfortable.
Julie thought of everything to help make the stay perfect and was always available with any questions.
I have stayed in many many vacation rentals and this one was the best!

The casita was exactly as advertised. Communication was very responsive and the owner was so helpful and accommodating. The home was very well stocked with basic necessities of toiletries and in the kitchen. The location was perfect and the setting was quiet and serene! We’ll be back!

Clean, comfortable, exactly as listed! This home was also well stocked and had all the basic necessities in the bathroom and kitchen. The location is perfect and so serene, sitting out on the patio in the evening with Thunder Mountain right there. There’s no street lights either so the stars at night are a nice treat!
The manager was very communicative and so helpful with tons of tips and suggestions! We would love to stay here again when we find ourselves back in Sedona!

This was a short trip, for my birthday. It was located in a nice neighborhood with beautiful views of Thunder mountain. We didn't have to drive anywhere, there's great hiking trails a short walk from the house! Safeway just a short drive, and we never had a problem finding a great place for dinner. Will be back, the host was great!!!

This home in Sedona is one of the very best places we have ever stayed. Our host Julie made sure everything was perfect. She communicated both before and after our stay making sure all was well. The location and views from the porch make coming home so very nice. The home has everything you need, is very nicely done and is so comfortable. This sweet apartment is a great place to stay!!! We loved it.

If you are reading the description of this property and are at all concerned or confused about the Casita being attached to the main house- don't be! They have done such an excellent job!
You have your own shaded parking, you're mere minutes drives from the best restaurants and hikes- it really is an excellent location in that regard, but just wait until you see the view from your adorbs patio absolutely perfect for morning coffee!
Great bed and excellent shower if you're like us and primarily there to hike and then hit the great restaurants. There were really nice guests in the larger house we ran into once for pleasant hellos, but I'm telling you, the way they have the 2 places set up you have no idea you even have neighbors. You'll never hear them nor vice versa.
Lastly, Julie, the host, she's amazing. Great communication, great recommendations, and just an awesome attitude that made the stay that much better. If it's just you and your partner, the Casita is perfect, if you want to take some other friends along to see the perfect location, check out the larger house!

We definitely chose the right part of town to stay in - clean, quiet, beautiful view, close to hikes, away from the crowds. This was a well stocked, comfortable home, with a beautiful outside patio. Comfy bed, beautiful shower, nice kitchen. It was close to most of the hikes we wanted to do, and to many great restaurants.

This was our first time staying at a VRBO and I cannot say enough good things about it. It was so much better than staying at a hotel - more private and quiet. The house was very clean and cozy. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to chat with via text. We stayed there in March when it was more chilly than usual which was great because there didn't seem to be as many hikers - there were a few hills nearby that we could have hiked but we chose Bell Rock and Sugarloaf which were amazing! We managed to find parking at those trail heads without a problem. The heat setup in the house was perfect. The shower was awesome and the washer/dryer came in very handy. The breakfast bar was perfect for just the two of us. Loved having a TV in both the living room and bedroom. The mattress was very comfy. You can't go wrong with this adorable house and the location is perfect if the west side is where you want to be. I'd highly recommend it. Book this location. You won't regret it!

The casita is very easy to find and is fairly central to everything. The Safeway is about a mile away and easy to access on your way back from your adventures.
The bed was very comfortable and the shower is awesome. We didn't have to wash clothes but there is a washer dryer there. No dishwasher but it was only two if us so easy to wash the dishes.we are there two nights just to take a break from restaurant foods. My husband was thrilled as the gas tank was full AND the lighter on the grill actually works..
There is a nice patio with an awesome view of thunder mt but it was only warm enough one afternoon to sit there.
The owner was very responsive to my texts.
Overall we would stay there again if we ever make it back to sedona

This casita is in a beautiful, quiet location and so close to trails that we could walk to. The casita is beautifully decorated and has everything a couple would need for a perfect stay. The bed is very comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this lovely apt. It is attached to the main house in a quiet, well kept residential neighborhood at the foot of Thunder Mountain. The location was superb as we were close to businesses, grocery stores, restaurants as well as many of the key attractions of Sedona. The place was spotless with an excellent kitchen and bathroom (great shower). The bed was very comfortable. Julie, the host, was super responsive and gave us a lot of information including the access to nearby trails just off the end of the street. We particularly enjoyed the local trails including Chimney Rock, Tea Cup, and the Seven Sacred Pools. We saw a lot of wildlife ranging from birds (several hummingbirds), javelinas, and even a bobcat. We had a terrific time and hope to come back!

My husband and I stayed in this Casita for 9 nights while in Sedona. We are so glad we chose this particular Casita. First - the location was absolutely perfect as it was by all the places and trails we wanted to visit. Second - The Casita was absolutely lovely and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The living room, bedroom and bathroom (complete with washer/dryer) provided everything I had hoped for. The patio was a nice added touch. When I go back to Sedona, I hope this Casita is available again!

I could not have been happier with this rental unit. The Evolve team and the Casita owner were always available for any questions I had. The location was absolutely perfect. It was a walk or easy drive to many of the best trailheads without having to drive thru the old town of Sedona which can become quite congested. It was near every place I wanted for shopping and dining. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. It made for a great place to do star gazing in the evening.
The Casita itself was extremely clean and welcoming. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. I loved that it had a Vitamix which I used every morning for a smoothie before hitting the hiking trails.
The bed was so comfortable. It was like I was home in my own bed. It was a nice perk to have the washer and dryer in our Casita with laundry detergent provided. The bathroom was also nice and even had a heat lamp which was nice on a chilly morning.

Cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. Everything we could have needed was provided. The bed is very comfortable.. Amazing red rock view from the little patio ( we started and ended our days with a beverage there). Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, etc. Host Julie went above and beyond solving a booking error that was my fault. Needless to say, we’ll be back!
