The Space: ★ Self check in ★ Fully stocked kitchen ★ Oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig ★ Open concept kitchen and living room ★ Ceiling fans in every bedroom ★ Laundry room with washer and dryer ★ Reserved parking spot ★ Outdoor patio attached to unit ★ Shared courtyard space with tons of seating Featured Amenities ★ High speed wifi ★ Luxurious bed linens ★ Room darkening shades ★ Ultra plush towels ★ Kcups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cookware ★ Detergent and dryer sheets Guest Access: You will have a reserved parking spot near the entrance of the Metro Lofts. A code will be provided to access the building and access your condo. The Neighborhood: ★ 5 min walk to Dickson Street ★ 5 min walk to access walking and bike trail ★ 8 min walk to the University Of Arkansas ★ 20 min walk to the Fayetteville Square ★ 25 min walk (or 5 min drive) to Razorback Stadium ★ 30 min walk (or 5 min drive) to Bud Walton Arena ★ 26 min drive to Walmart Amp ★ 31 min drive to The Momentary ★ 32 min drive to Crystal Bridges Museum ★ 32 min drive to the Amazeum ★ 32 min drive to Northwest Arkansas Airport ★ 1 hour drive to Beaver Lake Other Things to Note: If the dates you’re looking for are unavailable or you need different accommodations, please visit our profile to check out our other properties in Northwest Arkansas! There is a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville, and the train crossing is located near the Metro Lofts. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We have stocked the condo with a noise machine in hopes to help with any possible disturbances! As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if Stay NWA is responsible for payment collection. Interaction with Guests: We do our best to stock the property with everything that you may need to have a memorable stay. However, if anything comes up during your trip, please let us know.

Property was clean but somewhat worn for the price. Had to have property manager come start the fireplace as there were no directions and it was older. The biggest issue was the noise. The sound machine was broken, but even if it was working it would not have drowned out the noise from the bar a few rooftops over( this was when it was about 10 degrees outside) We have stayed in this building before, but on the other side and ground level and had no noise problems. At midnight we finally decided to move to the other bedroom, which was better. The property manager was excellent and very prompt with answering our concerns and brought new sound machines the next day. All in all, nice if you don’t mind the noise.

This was a great place for my daughter and I to spend the last mom’s weekend in Fayetteville! We were with in walking distance to just about everything-two bedrooms and bathrooms and a open kitchen and living space for a great time spent together!

Very clean, very easy check in and check out. Great communication. This company knows what it’s doing. Even the train wasn’t disruptive. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic property! Very clean and accommodating! There was nothing we were without! Great location downtown and even allowed a late check out with no extra charge! Communication with management was immediate and professional but still felt casual and comfortable! Will definitely stay again!!

This location was perfect for walking to Dickson and the square. We ate at several great restaurants and enjoyed the Farmer’s Market on the square. We felt safe in the condo and beds were comfy!

The condo is furnished beautifully with comfortable beds and extra touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. Everything was exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to cheer on the Hogs.
