If you want to be in the heart of Dickson this is the place! Super cute and perfect for us to visit our two Razorbacks for a long weekend! Very clean with a lot of extras!

We stayed in Arkansas one night to visit University of Arkansas with our son. The condo was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable too! Easy check in and out process.

Condo is in a perfect location to the University and Dickson Street. We couldn't have asked for a nicer condo and will definitely stay here on our next visit.

We had a great stay at Condo off Dickson. The location was great. We were there for orientation for our son, who will be attending university of Arkansas in the fall. The condo had everything we needed and each room was very comfortable! The place was decorated with all things, Razorback, and we loved it! We look forward to staying here when we visit our son in the years ahead!

This property was a one block walk to Dickson, short drive to downtown, and a short drive to UArk. Loved that I could easily access the Razorback Greenway for a run each morning. There are two parking spaces, if needed. Only down side, we could hear the foot traffic and door being opened shut above us.

Great place and location if you are visiting or attending an activity/function at the University of Arkansas Walking distance to the U of Ark as well as all the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, nightlife, etc. Will def book again when returning to the area.

We came for freshman orientation; this place is a great location! The communication from the management company was the best, kept checking on us via text messages. Comfortable beds and very quiet. We will definitely stay here again. Only one thing if you drive a full-size pickup parking was a little tight but it did work!

Location could not be better. Stayed there Mom’s Weekend. My daughter stayed with me. We walked everywhere. It is just across the parking lot from Hammontree’s. 2 assigned parking spaces. The management company was extremely communicative. When I first got there the door code didn’t work. I called and the problem was fixed in about 30 seconds. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The king bed was very comfortable. Loved this rental. The only negative was that the tv/sound system was a bit too complicated for me to operate. But, my daughter figured it out so we could watch the Hogs.

This place was super cute, and my family really enjoyed it! Great space for three of us and Location was perfect to everything on Dickson Street! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star, was because the floors needed to be vacuumed. Saw several dust bunnies and when walking on the floor, it felt “gritty” to the touch. I made sure to wipe my feet off before I got in bed every night. Now with that being said, I’ll definitely be back to this place! It really was a great place!

This is a nice property in a great location. Very comfy beds and clean. I would give this property a 5 star rating but I was very disappointed with the management. They are simply not customer service driven. The check out time is 10 am which is ridiculous. Standard check out time is 11am and I am over these properties that squeeze an extra hour out of our stay and rush us out. I asked in advance for a noon or 1pm check out as our flight was in the evening. I certainly understand if they need us out by 11am IF they have another customer arriving later that day. But I checked their calendar and they had no upcoming reservations. A noon check out would have cost me $30. Anything beyond that would incur another night. Thus - the lower rating for no desire to work accommodate that client. If this is not important to you - then stay here. It is nice. I won't be staying here again and I come visit my niece every few months. And I just referred this place to a friend coming next month but after I let them know our check out experience - they have a late flight as well so they chose another property that agreed to a late checkout IF they had no upcoming reservation. I work in customer service so it obviously frustrates me when a vendor won't work with a customer.

We loved this little place. It was perfect for the 3 of us and clean- which is one of my biggest needs when booking a rental. We liked being within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The rocking chairs out in the front are a great addition too! We would most definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a girl's getaway trip. Close to Dickson St and the downtown square. Lovely furnishings and the couch was super comfy. They actually had a king bed in one of the bedrooms so that was a bonus. Loys of pillows on all the beds and lots of extra pillows and blankets in the closet. We will be back!
