This 90-year-old home has the character of an older home but has been updated for modern pleasures. It is the perfect spot for a Razorback game, a getaway to the amazing town of Fayetteville, etc. The Space: This 1931 home is approximately 1,140 square feet and includes the following: ⭐Bedroom 1: queen bed with bathroom. This room includes a 32" smart television. The small bathroom has a shower and is stocked with towels. The lighting in this room is provided by lamps, the closet light and a bathroom light. ⭐Bedroom 2: queen bed with access to the bathroom in the hallway. This hallway bathroom includes the washer/dryer with a bath/shower combination. It is also stocked with towels. ⭐Additional Sleeping Space: twin bed that provides additional space for sleeping & is located off the kitchen. ⭐Living Space: the living space has a couch, two chairs, and additional seating that may be brought into the space if gathering. There is a 50" smart television in this space. ⭐Kitchen: pots/pans, dishes, flatware, and other essentials for cooking are provided in the kitchen. The kitchen has three barstools & a connecting space with the kitchen table. There is also a Keurig coffee bar set up in the kitchen area, beside the full-size refrigerator. ⭐Parking: there is a carport at the back of the house (for compact cars ONLY!) and additional parking in front

House and location was awesome!! When we arrived we noticed that one of the beds had been stripped. There were some personal items left. I called the homeowner to let her know the cleaning crew had not been there. She was quick to either send them out the next day or refund the cleaning free and also gave us a free night stay. So sweet and apologetic. Understand these things can sometimes happen, and would definitely stay here again!

We really liked this house, and we really appreciated that it was stocked with water, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and even Halloween candy. It felt very homey, and we did not want to leave.

Not only is the house absolutely perfect for our family, the host is very responsive and accommodating! We were in town for a busy family weekend at UArk, so we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house. But I hope to book here again for our next visit. Location is great, house has everything you need, and host is on top of everything!

We were in Fayetteville to take our son to college. This was a great location for us near campus. Very well equipped, comfortable beds, and good AC. A bunch of the smaller niceties were there too such as soft closing toilet seats. This owner clearly gets what people are looking for. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed there with my two young adult sons. The house was very comfortable and well located. Communication was great. Will stay there again for next year's UCI mountain bike racing at OZ Trails.

If you are looking for somewhere that is unique, close to everything and well kept this is your place. Me and my daughter were in town to check out UA. The hostess was very responsive to any and all questions that we had. The house is so cute and clean. Just perfect! We will definitely stay here again!!

Our time here was exactly what we needed for a busy bid day weekend! We were close enough to walk to campus and avoid parking issues, but it felt like we were tucked away from everything. The house was beautiful and comfortable and my daughter said she never wants to stay anywhere else but there when we are in Fayetteville!

We had a great weekend at this property with my family of four (including a four year old and one year old). The house has a perfect layout for visiting/spending time together. All amenities, appliances, etc., were fantastic and the decor was super cute - overall a great space to be in and in a very convenient location. The owner, Tiffany, could not have been better! Amazing response time and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience for our family, even after we left and forgot a load of clothes in the dryer. We would love to stay again! Highly recommend this property!

We had a great experience at this property. It's nestled in a sweet neighborhood, close enough to walk to entertainment but also quiet and relaxing. It's a comfy little space with a nice kitchen and living area well lit by a skylight. The front and back porches are nice for sitting. The overall experience is simple and accomodating. The neighbors are nice and I would urge future travellers to respect the neighbors and quiet neighborhood. This is a great place for a small family group. Tiffany was a wonderful host, quick to respond, flexible and great at communicating. We'd love to come back.

My husband and I loved staying at this cute bungalow over the weekend. We were in Fayetteville to visit our sons who attend college there. Nice to have a place to gather… especially one so close to campus and their apartments. It was a very well appointed home with very comfortable seating and beds. Will definitely be our first preference for a place to stay on future trips.
