With our guest’s comfort and needs in mind, we’ve created a space that’ll make you feel at home right when you walk in the door! Our cottage is located in a secluded neighborhood in West Fayetteville and has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with enough beds for 6 guests. This brand new home features vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), granite countertops, brand new appliances, & all of the modern conveniences our guests could want. Here are some other things to love about Brooklands Hideaway: *Two-car garage *Open living spaces - living/kitchen/dining *Wi-Fi & cable *Three private bedrooms - Main bedroom with attached bathroom (Queen size bed), guest room (Queen size bed), & bunk room (2 twin beds). *Two full bathrooms (walk-in glass shower in main bathroom and full tub/shower combo in second bathroom) *Memory foam mattress toppers on all beds *Two TVs - one in living room and the other in the main bedroom *Fully stocked kitchen (cookware, serving ware, Keurig) *Desk & chair in bunk room perfect for a work-from-home vacation *Extra sets of sheets for all beds *Washer/Dryer set *Great location minutes from great restaurants, outdoor activities, & the UofA campus The space is deeply cleaned between each guest in order to maintain a COVID-19 safe environment. All linens are washed and dried on high heat, highly-touched surfaces are cleaned using bleach-based disinfectants, and there will be minimal host/guest in-person interactions. **FYI Our cottage has an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) attached to the back with a permanent tenant. The ADU has a separate garage and entry from our listed unit.

We were impressed from the moment we walked in the door. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Location was perfect, close to U of A. We booked this for my daughter's college graduation. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Great house with garage access, so handy. We were close to everything. We stayed four nights visiting our granddaughter at U of Ark. and seeing the area. The house has everything needed.

Wonderful property in a safe & quaint neighborhood not too far from UARK campus & major highway. The home was cozy & had all our family needed--easy access to enter home (no stairs; in case that's important to you like it was to us). Great kitchen & bathrooms (esp loved the primary bath shower)! Comfy sofa & even some fun board games we could play since it rained during most of our visit. Highly recommend & look forward to staying here again in the future!

The property had just what we needed for our family. The right number of beds and baths. Very clean. Quiet family oriented neighborhood. During heavy traffic during football game it was about a 30 minute drive otherwise 15 minutes to campus. Parking is a little limited. One car garage and shared driveway so if you have a second car would probably need to park on street. Lots of green space nearby and flattest part of Fayetteville so opportunity to play soccer if you wanted. I would stay here again. More space than a hotel and affordable.

I stayed here with two friends while visiting my daughter at the University of Arkansas. This house was perfect! It was easy to get to. The house was so clean and comfortable. Will be looking to stay here for future visits.

What a cute wonderful house in a safe community. Felt right at home during our stay. Said needed things like dish soap, toilet paper etc, were included so check in before buying . Just left there what did buy as I’m sure others have done. Will definitely be stay there when return.

We stayed at this property with our two young children, and had a very pleasant experience. The host was quick to respond to messages and immediately sent help when the fireplace pilot light was lit. This property is close to everything in Fayetteville, and neighboring towns. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a very recent development area (so everything is new) with nearby restaurants and it is just west of the University with easy access to that area as well. The use of the garage to park and secure our motorcycles each night was a real plus. The home itself was perfect for our 2 couples, each having our own bedroom and bath, and there was still a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. The property does have a second single residence above the rental with single garage and separate private entry, but we did not see or here anyone using it. (Think condo setup for this dual residence structure.). The beds were really comfortable, towels and linens were nice, and everything was very clean. Communication with Ethan was responsive and prompt. We couldn’t recall whether the write-up for the rental included a note to bring your own soap and shampoo, but the email instructions provided by Ethan 2 days prior to arrival reminded us to pick these up. A bag of ice should also be picked up before arrival as the freezer only has 2 ice trays and no ice maker. Overall. we really enjoyed our nights at this very nice property and would definitely recommend it, as well as stay here again when we are back in the area. And for you Razorback fans, this is perfect for a football weekend for 2-3 couples. Thanks Ethan!

My family and I were in Fayetteville for a long weekend for a Razorback football game. This home was exactly what we were looking for! It’s a few miles from the campus in a really residential area and the property is well designed and maintained. Beds were comfy and the check-in process was simple. Truly no negatives to this place - if I’m back in Fayetteville I’ll be staying here!
