I had a wonderful stay in Trani. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the nearest beach, 5 minutes to the beautiful public villa, and around 10 minutes from the train station. Street parking was safe, even overnight, with paid parking available in the blue-lined spaces for just €4 per 24 hours. Trani is a beautiful, charming city, with plenty to explore. The apartment is conveniently located near many attractions, including museums, lovely shops and a gorgeous public library just a few minutes walk away.
I originally stayed in the Superior One-Bedroom Apartment, which was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything I needed. It was air-conditioned and had a big balcony. As I was staying for an extended period, at one point I had to move to another apartment due to some maintenance issues involving the neighbouring property. However, the staff handled the situation well and offered me an even larger apartment, which was equally comfortable.
Throughout my stay, the staff were helpful and always responded promptly whenever I needed anything.
All good.

Excellent bedroom, lounge, bathroom and view. Facilities in the kitchen were good and washing machine was easy to use. Location next to a park , near the station and the harbour was perfect. The large balcony and drying rack made for easy drying of washing.
The kitchen area was cramped but usable with a fold-out table. The plug did not fit the kitchen sink. The apartment was rather hard to find as it wasn't made clear that it was inside an arcade.

The property was clean and spacious. We were very impressed by the responsiveness and helpfulness of the team, our questions were answered very promptly before and during our stay. They went above and beyond by assisting us with a private airport transfer, which was greatly appreciated.
The property is pretty much one wall of windows which are floor to ceiling, whilst this is great, there are only voile curtains. This meant that when the family across the street were on their terrace in the evening they could see straight in to our room if the lights were on. It was also light very early when the sun come up. The room would definitely benefit from curtains or blinds in addition to the voile.
