The main floor has an open- concept floorplan with a large, well-stocked kitchen including high end appliances ready for you to prepare a gourmet meal to share with family and friends. There is plenty of space in the sizable dining/living/kitchen area for everyone to gather and socialize. Relax on the patio with additional seating built into a private natural landscape, nestled in the hillside for an after-dinner drink or morning coffee. In the spacious upstairs, you will find a conveniently located laundry room with a washer and dryer. The large master suite has an en suite jetted tub, and a steam shower. We had some issues with this property. The AC barely worked in the upstairs bedrooms, and all bedrooms but 1 were upstairs. The garbage disposal was broken when we arrived, so kitchen sink was backing up. They did come to fix it which was good, but it was a hassle. There was a sign on the single upstairs bathroom that’s said not to use it. This was problematic while a large group was getting ready for a wedding…eventually they said it was fine to use, but this was also annoying to resolve. Overall, too expensive of a property for this many issues in a short trip.

Perfect location!! Close to downtown, old mill district, park and float and great walking/ biking trails. We had plenty of space to play games, relax, eat meals together and celebrate our friends getting married next month. Everyone one fit comfortably in the rooms. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and spices which was perfect for feeding a large group multiple times during the weekend. Overall loved the house and would definitely recommend large groups to stay here.

This house was very accurately reflected in the online listing. Spacious to allow for group interaction, yet enough spaces to allow for privacy as well. Great location!

We really appreciated the location of this house. It was just 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. The house was comfortable and clean. There were a few things that could have been a little better. The dishwasher needs to be updated and repaired and the pans are a little old and could be replaced. Otherwise, this was a really great stay.

Very clean, Great location, Nice spaces, and Good access to hiking. I would consider bringing extra towels, dish towels etc if you are planning to stay more than a night or two. Overall nice stay and great house for a large family!

My family and I enjoyed a vacation in Bend for my mom’s milestone birthday. Post pandemic, this home offered a great setting to meet new grandkids and provided comfortable accommodations for all. We had a very minor issue that required us to contact Arrived and they were responsive, incredibly prompt and helpful.

The house worked so well for our basketball tournament. Great space. The multiple bunk beds were awesome. Walking distance to Sparrow bakery and other great food. Management company was super responsive and accommodating. Will book again!

We prefer to stay on west side of Bend, so it's a great location a few mins away from all the restaurants, etc. And only ~25 mins from Mt. Bachelor. Property had more than enough space for two families with a second quasi-master room plus multiple bunks. We would stay here again. Only nit would be to fix some fo the minor repair items. Some shelves broken in fridge, dishwasher shelf had to be propped up to run.
