FADE AWAY -New 5 Bedroom House Only Steps From The Ocean With a Private Pool
About this house rental
Located in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for $668 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. House Description Come and Fade Away into relaxation in this 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom Home that was just constructed in 2017. The house is only a few steps away from the Atlantic Ocean (Public Access directly across the street). The house also has partial views of the Ocean from the 2 front balconies. There is also a 3rd balcony that overlooks a private pool. The upgrades in this house are endless. There is plank flooring throughout the House. The kitchen boasts Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counter Tops and a Kuerig Coffee Maker. Each of the 5 Bedrooms has their own TVs including a 55" TV in the Upstairs Master Bedroom. Each Bedroom also has it's own Full Bathroom. The spacious Living Room has a 65" TV and plenty of room for the whole family. There is also an outside shower next to the pool. During peak season, May through October all renters will have Departure Maid Service and Luxury Linen and Towel Service. Don't worry about packing all of those towels and sheets. Just show up and they are already be provided for you. For stays under 7 nights, you have the option to decline the Linen and Towel Service. You also don't have to keep track of keys while on Vacation. You will be given a Code that will unlock the front door at check-in. House Layout Outside: There is room for 4-5 vehicles to park (depending on size). There is a shower and water house to wash off before jumping in the large pool that is located just through the gate in the back patio. There is plenty of open space to lounge around the pool and soak up the rays. Downstairs Level: The Downstairs has an open layout for the Kitchen and Living Room. The Living Room has a New 65" TV with Sofas and Chair. There are games and books located in the Entertainment Center that can be enjoyed in the living room or at the Dining Room Table. The Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The cupboards are stocked with coffee cups, plates, wine glasses and everything you would need to have your own Seafood Boil. There is a Half Bath in the Hallway just before the Downstairs Master Bedroom. The roomy, Master Bedroom has a King Bed and it's own Full Bath. It also has it's own balcony that overlooks the Pool. Upstairs: Their are 4 Bedrooms Upstairs. The Master Upstairs Bedroom features a King Bed, a 55" TV, Full Bath and a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a King Bed, TV and Full Bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Bunk Beds, TV and Full Bath. The 4th Bedroom is a large Bedroom that has 2 Queen Beds, TV and Full Bath. The Washer and Dryer are also located on the Upstairs Level.

We absolutely loved Fade Away for its location, private pool and house amenities. But best of all was the communication with the host, who was super responsive, kind, and understanding! We’ve stayed at some lovely properties in Surfside Beach, but this one was our favorite for so many reasons.

This house was great and very accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom which is a great plus. The location is great and close to the beach and everything else. Hopefully we will be able to get everyone together again and will definitely stay there. We really enjoyed our vacation there!

Fade Away is more than 5 stars ~ house was great, walking distance to the beach, the pool in the backyard was perfect. Our family has 6 adults and 4 kids and each bedroom having their own bathroom was a huge bonus. We had a small problem with one of the toilets and within a couple of hours a repairman was there to fix it. We were so impressed with Sherry the owner ~ she was so easy to work with! We are already checking our calendars for a week next year. I would highly recommend Fade Away for your next vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay at Face Away! The house was exactly the layout we needed and was very clean! If we needed anything, Sherry was very prompt to answer. We would definitely stay here again. We were with our kids, their spouses, and our grandchildren (10 of us in all). The beach access was excellent and just a quick walk, less than 5 min to get to our spot on the sand from the house. Everything was wonderful! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a perfect vacation at Fade Away. The house was clean, beautiful, perfectly furnished, and had so much room. The beds were very comfortable and it was great that everyone had their own bathroom. The pool area was so clean and well kept. The neighborhood was very quiet the week we were there and the one minute walk to the beach was great to visit anytime we wanted. Plenty of things to do in the area and great restaurants. The kitchen was very usable and made breakfast and lunch easy to prepare. The host was very kind and so quick to respond to messages. We'd love to return another time. This was a great place to stay!

Without question this was a beautiful home that we will stay in again!! AND walking distance right to the beach access and also to other surrounding amenities. The host Sherry was so quick to respond and we truly had the best weekend. The house was truly perfect for 11 of us girls.

Everything was perfect!! We absolutely loved the house with our 4 generations of family ranging in ages from 11 months to 71 years old. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood as well. Booking was great, communication was great, arrival was great and our stay was great! We were able to utilize the pool one day as it warmed up enough and we were able to take quick walks to the beach. Location to the beach is safe and easy. We had plenty of room in the driveway for our three cars as well as room in the house to spread out. We enjoyed the board games provided as well. A very easy drive (approx 30 minutes) to Myrtle Beach.

This house was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach, kids were able to enjoy the pool, and everyone had their own bathroom. The homeowners were awesome and quick with communication. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

We stayed at Fade Away for a mother daughter getaway. Fade Away was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you would need to cook meals for your family. The layout was perfect for our large group to have room to spread out. The balconies were a favorite gathering spot.

We spent a week at Fade Away with our five teenage children and my in laws. The home was lovely. Located on a quiet street just a short walk to the beach we found plenty to keep us busy during a chilly Spring week in March. We rode bikes and tooled around in a golf cart to the homey and delicious restaurants nearby.
Fade Away’s beds were comfortable, and the house was spacious and clean. I do recommend bringing extra kitchen towels as well as extra blankets if it’s chilly as there are no extras of these items. We baked goodies and cooked breakfasts and dinners in the well- stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the cozy living area and did puzzles and watched TV on the flat screen. A few of us took a polar plunge in the pool too. Overall, great place in a superb location!

I only have positive things to say about this home and the owners. Fade Away is beautiful and so well maintained. We stay in this area 3 or 4 times a year and this home was by far one of the nicest and definitely the cleanest homes we have stayed in. The owners were so easy to work with. We will definitely be staying here again.

Multi Family Vacation
This was the perfect place for our multi family vacation. The walk to the beach was just perfect for our 4 tiny guests (ages 8,6,4,3). The 8 adults enjoyed the quality time we all spent together this past week. Thanks for the opportunity to share your great home!!!

Large Family Gathering
Our family of 11 rented this home and it was perfect! There was plenty of room for all the couples and the kids loved the bunk beds. Getting to the beach everyday was so easy since it’s a minute from the house. The whole family enjoyed the pool every afternoon. We would highly recommend this house for a large group wanting to have space for everyone and easy access to the beach.

My family and I enjoyed this Christmas vacation so much! It was our first time staying in Surfside beach and the location can't be beat. Everything was great and the house was beautiful and provided us with everything we needed.
