Due to the above reasons, the stay there left a very bad impression on us and did dampen our enjoyment of the property.

Good location, spacious, clean.

Things that are NOT DISCLOSED on property description: -an upfront deposit bank transfer of 99 euros was required BEFORE we could get access to the property. This was AFTER we had paid the full rental amount. - there is no street number in front of the building, and no numbers on garages, so it was very confusing to find keys, and finally get access - advertised as 2 bedroom, but one was locked - advertises a coffee machine and microwave, but they were not supplied. (l do not consider a tiny Italian moka pot - that makes half a cup of coffee at a time - a coffee ‘machine’) - when using the kitchen, only 2 things can be used at a time, otherwise the electricity drops out. - electrical circuit needs to be upgraded - minimal towels provided - only 1 large and 1 small towel per person for 5 nights, and when asked for a couple of extra towels, owner did not comply - not allowed to use the washing machine, and no iron or ironing board provided - after the owner demanding immediate payment of the deposit before we could enter, it took 3 days to get our refund. - everything was absolute minimal, the owner very unhelpful and needs a lesson in basic hospitality.

San Candido is lovely, and this apartment is extremely well placed, with good garage parking. The instructions for how to get in were good. Inside, this is a wonderul Tyrolean apartment, 2 lovely size bedrooms, a great kitchen and very cosy living room.

A Spacious Haven Close to the Heart: An Apartment

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a spacious apartment that offered both convenience and ample room for my family. Situated near the city center and in close proximity to family and kids' activities, this apartment proved to be a fantastic choice for our stay. The first thing that struck me upon entering the apartment was its generous size. It provided more than enough space to accommodate my family comfortably. The living area was open and inviting, with plenty of seating for relaxation and quality family time. The bedrooms were also well-sized, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day. The overall layout and design of the apartment created a pleasant and homely atmosphere. Location-wise, this apartment hit the mark. Its proximity to the city center meant that we were just a short distance away from all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the vibrant city without worrying about long commutes or transportation hassles. The convenience of being close to the city center allowed us to make the most of our stay and experience the pulse of the city firsthand. Moreover, the apartment's location in close proximity to family and kids' activities was a significant advantage. There were several parks, playgrounds, and entertainment centers nearby, ensuring that our children had plenty of options for fun and recreation. We appreciated being able to engage in various activities that catered to both our interests and our children's needs, making our stay truly enjoyable and family-friendly. In terms of amenities, the apartment provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals when we desired a cozy night in. The presence of essential appliances and utensils made cooking hassle-free. Additionally, the apartment offered reliable Wi-Fi, ensuring that we could stay connected during our visit.

Superb

It's a spatious appartment with a superb location. Supermarket, bakery (fresh bread from 6am!) and coffee bars & restaurants all within a walking distance of 500m. We were especially surprised by the large living room and the balcony, with beautiful views on the rugged mountains to the south of Innichen. The highlights Lago di Braies and Tre Cime are close too. The town of Innichen is a nice central hub to visit these places, especially if you want to visit them early. Owner Eduardo also shared some tips with us, which we appreciated. He's also very capable of talking and writing in English, which helped.

More personal contact would have been nice. The owner wasn't there, so he had to explain and arrange things via phone. It wasn't a big deal though, because he explained it well. Also, it's not a cheap stay. It was the most expensive accommodation of our holiday. Lastly, you have a dedicated parking spot, but it was unclear to us where this was exactly. When we parked our car in front of the apartment, we got a warning by local inhabitants not to park there anymore.

Posizione fantastica, praticamente in centro a San Candido. Posizione strategica per varie attività. L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso. Per noi che eravamo in 4 ottimo come camere, servizi 2 bagni, salone bellissimo e molto accogliente. Bella la cucina con tutto l'essenziale. Molto carina e precisa la persona che ci ha seguito. Ci ritorneremo.

Macchinoso il passaggio dal garage all'appartamento ma nessun problema.

Bellissimo, non potevamo desiderare di meglio per il nostro weekend. In pieno centro, molto grande e sopratutto bellissima! Tornerò sicuramente per stare anche più giorni!

اولا المالك يرسل لك في آخر لحظه يطلب تحويل 100 يورو او يلغى ايجارك. ثم بعد انتهاء الإيجار يرسل لك نصف المبلغ حتى لو حافظت على نظافة المكان ويخصم أيضا رسوم التحويل. ثانيا المالك يرسل لك قائمة بما هو مسموح وما هو ممنوع علما بانها ليست مذكورة في الموقع على سبيل المثال لا تستخدم غساله الملابس. ثالثا معظم دواليب المنزل مقفله وليس هناك مكان لملابسك. رابعا المغادرة الساعه 10 صباحا والدخول الساعه 3 عصرا.
