Absolutely love this property. Have stayed multiple times and will continue to be a repeat guest. Hosts are super friendly, accommodating and responsive. Property is very well maintained, cleaned and professional.

The penthouse condo on Baronne Street was absolutely incredible! It almost looked "too good to be true" in the pictures and listing description, but somehow the reality of our lived experience for our 4-night stay managed to surpass our expectations ... by a country mile! We were traveling with a multi-generational group of 6 for our son's college graduation at Tulane University, including 3 grandparents with mobility challenges, and the condo met our various needs completely. The condo itself features 3 independent "suites" with outer doors that provide privacy, each with a king-sized bed, big walk-in closet and private full bathroom. Furnishings all feel modern and new. For coming and going, I dropped off and picked up everybody at the door, where they took the elevator, and then drove around the corner to the well-lit 24-hour monitored parking garage recommended by the property manager, where I parked my car and walked back 3 minutes to the condo. For CBD/Downtown, this parking convenience is an absolute dream come true! There's always a few street people around, but I never felt threatened or unsafe at all, even when returning to the condo and walking back from the parking structure alone late at night. A full-service Rouses Market grocery was just a 2-minute walk away, adjacent to the parking structure and across the street from the condo. They had everything we needed to eat well across diverse needs of kids, parents and grandparents. Stay here, you will love it!

We were in town with our adult children and the layout, cleanliness, patio, and gorgeous kitchen suited our needs perfectly. We all agreed this was the best vacation rental space we have ever had. Host was fabulous and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We appreciated all of the security measures and the ease that we experienced with contacting the host. Every thing we could have asked for was provided all the way to providing toothbrushes! We’ll definitely visit again and recommend to friends!

Large condo that allows groups to be together but also have privacy. Hosts cares about the details and are very responsive. Wifi is not stable so less convenient for people who want to work. Communication with the host was sometimes awkward (when I shared the constant challenge we had with the wifi). Maintenance came once without any notice (no text, no phone call) which also felt uncomfortable.

We are three siblings + two spouses who go to a different place every December instead of giving gifts and hosting big holiday dinners. It's hard to find rentals with three equally good bedrooms and bathrooms but this one was perfect! We agree that this is our favorite apartment so far. The kitchen is gorgeous, there was plenty of comfortable seating for all of us, the outdoor space was a fun bonus and the beds/baths were excellent. Easy to rent, easy to check in and out and in a great location. Wish there were a few more dishes so we didn't have to wash them so often--that's how minor the negatives are. And although it's not related to the rental owners, beware of the Premium Parking deck who booted our rental car (long story, just be sure to do everything right and confirm that you did). We would absolutely rent this one again.

We come to New Orleans 2-3 times per year. This property is amazing! We had 3 couples and the space is just beautiful. Very spacious too with everything you need to feel like you’re in an upscale hotel with the comforts of home! Great location, just outside of the quarter. You can easily walk or Uber quickly to just about anywhere! Bridgette was an amazing host. We hope to stay at one of her properties again soon!

A few friends and I stayed in this property for our time in Nola and had a great time. It was lovely, truly. Very centrally located, maintained beautifully and was a perfect home away from home. Don’t hesitate to book this rental, if you’re on the fence. You will not be disappointed.

Great space within Warehouse/Arts district! Walking distance to French Quarter, Great Restaurants & convenient grocery store. Manager was great, responded to us right away when we had a couple questions.

This property was in a great location. Close to the action without being right in the action. The unit was was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented the unit for six women celebrating a friend's birthday. This unit was by far the nicest unit I have ever rented, 3 bedrooms with their own bath. Quiet, safe location. Wonderful commons areas, and rooftop terrace, there are just so many amazing things about this property. The owners were so helpful and responsive to all my questions before and during the stay. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Everything from the beginning to the end was fantastic! The owner communicated with me in a timely manner. Everything was modern, clean and spacious! I would definitely recommend! All instructions for easy access to the unit was great! Area was close to Bourbon Street yet not the noise and mess! I would recommend twice over if I could!

This property is amazing! Brittanie was very responsive and accommodating. The condo is stunning and the building is beautiful. The rooftop deck I just makes the even more desirable. We will be back!!

This property is great. Every room has their own bathroom. They provided travel needs (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush and more). Great location as there is a grocery store one block away, you can walk to the French Quarter, easy access, 25 minutes from airport, very clean, great vibe and fun bars/restaurants close by if you don't want to walk to the French Quarter. Hosts are very responsive.

There was a minor glitch with the entry keypad upon our arrival, but Gerard arrived right away to resolve it. Everything worked flawlessly for the rest of the visit.

Beautiful place!!

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was modern, beautiful and easy to access the places we wanted to go. The Rouse's supermarket is conveniently located 1/2 block away, and some great restaurants were close by. The owners were accessible if needed, and the whole process was seamless. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

This is the perfect place for three couples! We all had our own space, and the living area was a great place to hang out! Gorgeous decor! Comfortable beds! Lots of space! We were there for a wedding and the church was right down the street. Brittanie has put lots of thought into the space. Lots of attention to detail! Next time I come, I will look at any of her properties first!

We all had a good time. The PH1 condo has a great layout for gatherings to talk, cook, and relax at the same time! Location was just fine...far away enough to get away, but close enough to all of the action.
