Horrible room with cracked tiles on the floor, ants and baby roaches crawling everywhere. In addition, the bed sheet and pillow case with lot of yellow stain and smells abit. Noisy water heater with patches of mold on the toilet wall.

There’s no breakfast. The hotel is simple but adequate. The male attendant was very good. Very attentive 。
The female attendant not so good, when you asked them something, they looked like you are bothering them.

Toilet was horrible. Replace the old bed sheets, towel & pillow case YELOWISH! Walls ugly.

The staff. The receptionist staff is not friendly at all; when I ask her if I want to check in earlier, she glares at me and not even smiling. I ask nicely, and she should respond nicely to me too.

The aircond not working so well, TV coverage unstable, toilet a bit smelly & musician playing a loud music just behind the room, we had uncomfortable sleep.

Breakfast place near the hotel. Got Nasi Lemak with variety of types and more kuih-muih. Also got vending machine on outside hotel. Overall, the hotel staff are very friendly.
The cleanliness of the toilet and the comfort in the hotel room are quite unsatisfactory and need to be further improved.
