Very friendly staff and great location. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning great.
Breakfast finished too early!

Location is perfect for Paddington and the Central Line. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Always feels safe and welcoming here. We arrived really early and they were able to accommodate by noon, which was very nice.
Luggage storage costs 5 pounds so that was a bummer. One bed was pretty squeaky and sheets had a stain, but overall still in pretty good condition. Prices have gone up considerably though from previous visits. But so has everything else.

Location is excellent, staff very friendly and accommodating and prices were fair. It’s apparent that the staff take pride in what they do.
Breakfast is very basic. With a little more effort the quality could be improved as could the variety on offer. Even if that meant increasing the price for breakfast.

Location was very close to transit and Paddington.
Dated, room smelled old, toilets didn’t flush well, and the bed/room was not clean.
