Hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. This space was in a great location a couple blocks from my workshop. it was clean and had what I needed. It Is definitely on the smaller side. I was a solo traveler & used to small space as a New Yorker. It would've felt a bit cramped with another though and not advised for 3. The kitchen which has two burners which worked for me but good to know if you plan on cooking more. All in all great stay

There were no surprises. This property is represented well in VBRO. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this rental was perfect. Easy communication with Josh prior to check in and he even reached out the next day to be sure we were all set. Location was convenient for walking to town. Parking for a car and bikes were available. The backyard area was a sweet place to hangout if looking for some peace and quiet. The air conditioners are silent but effective, cooling a room in minutes. Ceiling fans are also there if you prefer. Can’t wait for our next opportunity to rent from Josh again.

Great place overall...a little tight in the bedroom. 2 people yes...4 people might be cramped with the pullout. Great back yard for relaxing and having meals. grill and table with chairs. Quiet street. cool enormous courtyard too. Appliances, could be bigger stronger better...but I am a coffee snob and a frozen drink snob, So I need something more heavy duty. great washer dryiet Parking is awesome, with 2 spaces back to back. I really enjoyed this quiet relatively close to town place..

Location was perfectly set near downtown but allowed for a little bit of quiet at night when you wanted to get away. The whole place was extremely clean and provided anything and everything you would need for some time away. Overall just a wonderful experience I would recommend the property to anybody. We especially loved the small outdoor backyard at night under the tree for some quiet time. Very grateful we found this place.

Fab cottage in a perfect location for enjoying Provincetown. A 10-minute walk to the center of the action but far enough off the main drag to sleep with the windows open in peaceful bliss. Compact but not cramped. Thoughtfully stocked. The backyard is a jewel hard to find in Provincetown with a huge shade tree where you can wile away hours if you just want to chill. Even the neighbors were entertaining and welcoming. Josh and Chris are great hosts, responsive and informed. Absolutely recommend. Absolutely would (will) stay here again.

The location and set up of this condo was exactly as described. It is close to town but is also quiet at night. We loved the little sitting area outback! Having in-unit laundry was great. My only note is that we had to clean a bit when we arrived; which is why I’m only giving four stars. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

The unit is as described. Super cute, adorable, well-appointed and with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom has everything you need (towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc.), the bedroom is comfortable w/ storage and plenty of nice hangers (always a plus). Having a beach umbrella, set of beach towels, mats and a beach bag was so NICE! Having washer/dryer, A/C throughout, ceiling fans and parking was superb. The small yard in the back is perfect for unwinding. Thank you Joshua and Chris!

This was our first stay in the Cozy Conwell Cottage and it will certainly not be our last! Joshua and Chris are great hosts who handled questions and everything with speed and ease. The space itself is indeed cozy, but just about every inch is pretty perfectly-appointed and well-thought out. The whole unit was shiny and clean and felt so easy to keep it that way. We had everything we needed and more, and relaxing in the the backyard was a luxurious treat we really enjoyed. Easy to walk just about anywhere in town, though we would recommend not walking down Conwell Street directly, as it can be very tight with traffic and no sidewalks. What a delight. We can't wait to return!

I loved staying at 26 Conwell! It was the perfect stay for me and my boyfriend. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. There were even beach towels and an umbrella for beach days. Location was about a 10 minute walk to town or a quick 5 minute bike ride. Would highly recommend! Cannot wait to come back :)

My husband and I had a relaxing 3-night stay in this cozy cottage. Perfect for a long weekend getaway, our hosts' recommendations for things to do about town were spot on. We also enjoyed the backyard and grill on the property - if you want to cook the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you'd need. Neighborhood is quiet but within easy walking distance of busy Commercial Street for food/entertainment. Bed was comfy and plenty of space to unpack in the bedroom. A perfect Provincetown visit - thank you Josh and Chris, we will definitely be back!

My partner and I had a great experience renting this property. Check-in was easy, and everything about the space was as described. We really enjoyed the grill and back porch, and the location is unbeatable - an easy walk to town and bike ride to the beach. Upon arrival, the place was tidy and clean - we did end up doing a quick vacuum and dust upon arrival, and rewashed a few dishes to our liking, but other than that everything was perfect. The grill and back porch are great. An excellent choice for Provincetown!

My partner and I decided to celebrate our 18th anniversary at this Cozy Conwell Cottage in P-Town. We really enjoyed ourselves here and it was worth every penny. This cottage was very clean and orderly and had everything we needed to make us feel like we were at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, silverware, cups, wine glasses, appliances, etc.. We also liked having a full size refrigerator and a washer and dryer right next to it. The couch was comfy and we brought our apple tv to plug in. (Highly recommend doing that if you have one). The bed was comfortable. A little tight getting out on each side of the bed but not bad. We most enjoyed having afternoon cocktails in the backyard under the tree with our Bose speaker playing some good house music since there was no music in town anywhere due to Covid19. I would highly recommend bringing your bikes because walking each day to town and back can be a little tiresome. The bike rack outside the cottage is handy for locking up your bikes. The beach was fabulous and not a far drive from the cottage. All in all we had such a great trip and enjoyed celebrating our 18th anniv. on July 4th. We will definitely stay at the Cozy Conwell Cottage again and again. Thank you to Josh and Chris for a very enjoyable trip! Sue & Denise

I had the honor of being their first guest. You can really tell the love and devotion they put into this place. Super clean, practical, has everything you need. Great location - cute fenced in back yard with a grill and quiet courtyard. Definitely recommend this place
