This air-conditioned apartment with Wi-Fi, measuring 28 square meters (+ 9 m² mezzanine), features a private entrance to the villa and an enclosed terrace/garden, ideal for young children.
The living room features a cathedral ceiling with a central beam and a mezzanine accessible from the living room.
The gray and fig-colored kitchen, very contemporary in style, offers all the comforts of home: a large refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave, and touch-control stovetop, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. A charming dining area with a window that opens onto the terrace/garden, where you can also enjoy meals.
The apartment’s extra charm comes from its terrace with “Pompeian” tiles, which, along with its large tiled bench, evokes the Roman era. A pretty fountain, a dining area, and lounge chairs combine comfort with charm. It is also very safe for young children (a crib and high chair are available in the apartment).
