Located 3 km from downtown, nestled in the hills, this charming, semi-detached, private cottage—not overlooked by neighbors—is situated at the back of the owner’s house.
Private 300m² garden, gravel patios, pergola, patio furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, parking area enclosed by an electric gate.
SWIMMING POOL (8m x 4m), heated from May to October, shared with another cottage where the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming.
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday, June through September
The cottage is not wheelchair accessible

Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 35 euros
A security deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival and refunded on the day of your departure if no damage is found.

accueil super sympathique de Magali. la location est très calme avec un jardin privatif superbe et une belle piscine partagée avec le second gite. nous y reviendrons.
