It doesn’t get any more central than this! The Hustadt vacation rental is located right in the heart of Zingst, in a traffic-calmed area. Thanks to the vacation rental’s ideal location (just about 400 meters from the beach, with the Bodden and the harbor also nearby), grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, the post office, banks, boutiques, restaurants, cafés, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and more are all within walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. A car is not necessary.
The Hustadt vacation rental welcomes you with bright furnishings and subtle color accents. It offers ample space for up to 4 people. (No smoking, no pets). The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The living-dining area is where you’ll spend most of your time, especially together. Whether at the large dining table or on the sofa, here you can unwind and enjoy your vacation.
You can access the large, furnished balcony from both the living room and the bedroom with the double bed. Here, too, you can enjoy your morning coffee, read a book in the afternoon, or let the day come to a close in a special evening atmosphere.
You’ll find a restful night’s sleep in a double bed and two single beds. The smaller bedroom with the single beds offers a cozy, snuggly spot—especially for children. Of course, the beds are also large enough for adults.
The bathroom has plenty of space to move around, and there’s even a washing machine available for your use.
A bike shed belonging to the apartment is located next to the house. You can drive right up to the front door to load and unload; your apartment’s designated parking spot is about 30 meters away.
Prices range from 79 to 179 euros per day, depending on the season and number of guests. Special discounted packages (e.g., off-season, extended stays) are available upon request. Linens are included in the rental price. The beds will be made upon your arrival, so your vacation can begin right away.
The final cleaning fee is 110.00 €.
Except during the off-season, check-in and check-out days are generally Saturday and Sunday; otherwise, by arrangement.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gerade im Winter genial gelegen,weil Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants auch bei schlechtem Wetter zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.

Die FeWo liegt mitten im Zentrum von Zingst, befindet sich jedoch in einer verkehrsberuhigten Lage, so dass selbst auf dem großzügigen Balkon kaum Autoverkehr zu hören ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und insbesondere für ein Paar mit Kindern ideal. Die Besitzer waren bzw. sind sehr fürsorglich und haben versucht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen; die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr erfreulich.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit guter Ausstattung. Zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckereien und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Eigener Parkplatz in der Nähe. Besonders positiv war für uns der zur Wohnung gehörende, abschließbare Fahrradschuppen für unsere E-Bikes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
