This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian. The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more! The apartment is ideally located in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, a favorite district of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes walk from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also next door. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. The dining area has a dining table for 6 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. Live here like a Parisian! -------------------------------------------------- ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN -------------------------------------------------- We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home. Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places. You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be. Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00. -------------------------------------------------- HOUSE RULES -------------------------------------------------- The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited. A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

The flat was clean and neat and very well supplied. The bathrooms were absurdly small, and a stay of some length, more than 2-3 days, would have been problematic. But they work fine. The neighborhood is OK, nothing special, you need to take the metro to get to Paris's best features. Very close to the tube, which makes traveling convenient.

Accurate listing photos and description. Nice towels and bed linens, kitchen had all necessary equipment. Convenient to Metro. Commercial street a bit noisy early morning hours for deliveries.

Visited Paris with my family and loved our stay. Albeit the rooms are smaller than the pictures pertain to, it absolutely did not detract from our vacation. The apartment is clean and well equipped, nice touches with espresso and wine on arrival, great location to walk to hundreds of bars, restaurants and other amenities.

This is a wonderful place to live Paris’ life style. It is a great place for families. Plenty of space. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars walking distance. However, it could be a little far from the main attractions. You need to have a good knowledge of public transportation and under ground trains.

Overall very good but floor might benefit from some mopping. Also there was no help in lifting heavy luggage so for travellers from Australia for example this was difficult

Really enjoyed our four night stay. A couple blocks away are great streets full of fabulous restaurants! Metro is close by too.

Nice three-bed, three bath apartment just a minute or two walk from the Strasbour-St-Denis metro station (with connections to everything Paris has to offer). Good shopping and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Some heavy construction happening immediately outside the front door, but no evening/night work.

Exactly as pictured, neighborhood is nice and convenient to metro. Rooms are small, especially bathrooms but we were very happy with our stay. There is a fair amount of construction in the neighborhood but that didn’t bother us. Check in and out was very convenient and communication was good. Would stay again.

My family stayed at this flat for a portion of our spring break. The location was good - central to shops, restaurants and the train station. The amenities were good, comfortable beds, nice lounge and a bottle of wine awaited us on our arrival. Recommended!

Everything about listing is accurate, and there was even more space than expected. 3 showers in an apartment was great for our family.
Very short walk to metro was also nice.
Communication with owners was perfect every step of the way.

Enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment. It needs a bit TLC (a few chipped dishes and some visible wear and tear) and it is smaller than the picture makes it seem, but given the location it was perfectly suitable for my father and me. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

The apartment was central to all the places we visited. There were many stores and cafes close by. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and it was very quiet . Upon arrival, check in was easy. It was a comfortable home away from home.

Comfortable 3 br. Location 1 1/2 blocks from metro. If you like walking, very walkable to most Paris sights with easy metro access if you get tired. Would use again.

The property and neighborhood were not at all as described. There were prostitutes standing every 50 ft on the street as we walked to the apartment from the train station. San met us outside and walked us through the narrow, dirty hall, past 4 large smelly garbage containers at the base of the stairway and up 3 flights of dirty, worn, dark stairs to the apartment (in France, "2nd floor" means 3 floors up because the ground floor is 0). The apartment was dirty, floor was sticky, and not as pictured in the listing. The door had obviously been kicked in at some point, there was a large crack in the thick wood and the lock had been poorly repaired. (Pictures of all of the above will be submitted to VRBO, including the "scenic" street on the walk there.) When asked about the safety of the neighborhood, San said when we go out the door, we should not to go left, but "It is safe to go right." The train station that we would be using daily and nightly is to the left. We told her we did not feel safe staying there and asked for a refund. She called the property manager who said the neighborhood is "safe enough" and he refused to give us a refund. San stormed out of the building in anger, leaving us behind. We ended finding beautiful safe, clean Hotel Monte Cristo in the Latin Quarter.

The aparment was located in a great place for adults, and older children, even for smaller children but walking is involved. There is a section between the metro and the apartment that did have some prositutes. These ladies did not bother anyone.
This apartment is near gown central....lots of shops who sell gowns. And near many smaller clothing stores.
Metros are within 5-10 minutes and go to most tourist places.
We discovered a great section within a 5 minute walk with plenty of restaurants and boutiques...the area is on the way to the Westfield mall (who would have thought!).
For Paris standards this was a very spacious place. Charming neighborhood. There is NO airconditioning but several fans. Based on most American standards (exceptions being NYC and SF), the bathrooms are VERY small, especially the WC. The showers worked great, a little tight in one bathroom.
Overall comfortable space for 4 adults, well situated for those who like a colorful neighborhood, good food, and good shopping.

Perfect location - only hiccup was that the battery for the remote died and we were unable to reach management. Otherwise, the place was exactly as described.

The apartment was good. Nice layout and 3 bedrooms worked well for our family. Clean. Well equipped. Communication with LivinParis was excellent, from checking to the end of the stay - would highly recommend staying with other properties managed by this agent. The area was just ok. Good restaurants and other shops such as boulangaries and charcuteries within walking distance (around 10-15 min walk), with a nearby Metro. But, I wouldn’t recommend the area as much as other areas in Paris for a family.

Rare to find a 3 bedroom. Unfortunately it was so hot that we had a hard time sleeping. Opening the windows was not possible because of the noisy street. Otherwise good apartment. Thank you.

Very convenient to the Metro.
Just a block from a good Metro station. Street noise was very loud especially since you have to have windows open due to no air conditioning. Other than that, it was nice to have 3 bathrooms although there are only 2 toilets, so 2 rooms have to share. Bathrooms were very small, but that is to be expected in Paris. Check in and check out were very easy.

Perfect neighborhood
The apartment is spacious, and in an amazing neighborhood! It was very hot as we arrived for the heat wave in Paris. But would stay here again anytime other than during a heatwave.

Arrived before check in, property manager had San meet us at the apartment so we could store our bags. Great location once we got our bearings. Apartment just as described. Would defiantly recommend. San was wonderful

This place is well-located, easy walking distance to cafes, shops and metros. The beds are comfortable and having three bathrooms was great for our group.

Cute apartment
We loved our stay. Great location. Easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go…Galleries Lafayette, Notre Dame, Champs-Elysees. But also close to metro stops if you don’t like to walk. Many restaurants near by. Loved having 3 showers and 2 toilets as well as a washer/dryer. Great style in the apartment.

Worked, but not quite as expected
Fine. Nice. BUT -- exceedingly SMALL bathrooms. To sit on the toilet meant your knees were crammed against the wall. Not a problem if you're un 5ft 10in, bu with people taller, was very uncomfortable. Two flights of uneven, circular stairs made it VERY uncomfortable for the people over 75 in our group to get up to or down from the apartment. I inquired as to how many steps it would be and was told 20. It was 47. But, the place was clean, pretty, felt new, everything worked, etc. A street protest right in front of the apartment did not help the overall impression, but that was a one-time thing. We would STILL come back to this place, but now with an understanding of the property.

Great property in a great area of Paris
We are a family of four that wanted a clean and roomy apartment with 3 bedrooms. This was perfect for us and was in a location of Paris that was close to many of its attractions. Beds were firm and comfortable, 3 bathrooms, and a nice common room with kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!
