Spend your vacation in our cozy, comfortably furnished vacation home in a quiet yet central location in Klingenbrunn near the national park. Views of the Rachel and Lusen mountains are included. The modernly designed ground-floor vacation apartment is approximately 90 square meters in size. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, dishes, and kitchen appliances (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker). In the large, cozy living room with a couch, you can relax after an eventful day of excursions. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Another bedroom with a large built-in closet and a solid-wood bunk bed can be used as a children’s room. The modern bathroom, featuring a sink, bathtub, shower, and toilet, completes the amenities. An initial supply of bed linens and towels is included. Smokers are welcome, but are asked not to smoke inside the apartment (also due to the smoke detectors installed in the building!). Ground-floor access to a large covered terrace and garden. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request for an additional fee. Children and house-trained pets are welcome by arrangement and for an additional fee! Wi-Fi is available upon request for a fee. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer at least 7 days before arrival; other payment methods are possible by prior arrangement. A one-time security deposit of 50.00 EUR per apartment or 100.00 EUR for the entire house (when booking both vacation apartments) will be charged. This deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after final cleaning, provided there is no damage. Should any damage occur during the rental period, it will be deducted from the security deposit. Key pickup takes place on-site by arrangement. Payment arrangements are made at the time of booking. Bicycle and ski storage is available. Since the owner does not live on-site, tenants must clear snow themselves in winter and spread grit on the sidewalk and parking area. Snow shovels and grit are provided. Please note that the vacation home cannot be booked as a venue for celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or parties of any kind! Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Flexible check-in times are also possible by prior arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. House-trained pets are welcome upon request. Pets/dogs are charged separately at 8.00 euros per night. Wi-Fi can be booked for an additional fee upon request. A security deposit of 50.00 euros is required at the time of booking. If you also book our other vacation rental (upper floor), the security deposit is 100 EUR for the entire house (both vacation rentals). A crib and high chair can be added for a one-time surcharge of 20 EUR for the entire stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like these items. The visitor’s tax is 2.50 euros for adults and 1.25 euros for children (ages 6–17); children under 6 are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
