About this house rental
We welcome you to the heart of the Vouvray vineyards and the Vallée des Rois, in this bright, renovated house set on a wooded 2,500-square-meter lot, featuring 5 air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with high-quality bedding from the French brand Gautier, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate restrooms. The house is located 15 km from Tours, 15 km from Amboise, 20 km from Chenonceaux, 45 km from the Beauval Zoo, and 1 hour by TGV from Paris.
On the first floor, you’ll find a 45 m² living-dining room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a restroom, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a garage containing a dryer, a washing machine, a second refrigerator, and a freezer. Upstairs, there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large landing/playroom, a bathroom, and a restroom. Children of all ages can enjoy playing with toys and running around in the garden, while the adults have fun playing ping pong or grilling on the terrace. To make your stay more convenient, we provide baby equipment (high chair, travel crib, baby bouncer, baby bathtub, Stokke chair, MacLaren umbrella stroller, etc.) as well as linens (towels, dish towels, sheets).

Accueillis chaleureusement par un petit vin de loire, Frédérique nous a bien conseillés tant pour les châteaux que pour les commerces et restaurants et nous avons grandement profité chaque soir du jardin. Silence et sérénité tout ce qu'il fallait à notre groupe de sexagénaires. Cerise sur le «nougat» les écureuils ont assuré le spectacle lors des petits déjeuners, une seule envie : y retourner 👏
