Nestled in Key Colony Beach, this lovely house for $453 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This elegantly furnished 2 bedroom waterfront retreat is located in beautiful Key Colony Beach. This community is one of the most unique places in the world. Clear waters, home of endless variety of fish and marine life. The home has a 37.5 foot dock and deep canal that can accommodate most boats. In minutes you can be in the ocean or bay. You can walk to 3 neat local restaurants or Sunset Park where you can enjoy sunsets only found in the keys. There is also Golf, Tennis, playgrounds and basketball courts all in walking distance as well. The reservation gives you access to the private Cabana Club w/access to the beach.

The home was very clean and had more amenities than most which was very thoughtful. The canal out back was incredible for fishing, you didn't have to leave the house. There was grunts, snappers, and a shark came by followed by a couple of manatees.

This home is so gorgeous! We loved sitting out in the evenings enjoying the hot tub and fishing from the dock. The beds are super comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Staying in Key Colony, you are right in the middle of the Keys so within an hour you can get to Key West or Islamorada. Fabulous time!

I would recommend bringing your own washclothes, hand towels, dish towels, and purchasing hand soap, tissues and additional toilet paper. All these should be provided but are not. Don't look too closely or you'll find the cleaning is not that great! Drawers, countertops, cabinets and handles were not properly cleaned. Overall, the place was great! Loved the tiki hut for shade and hot tub. Would rather had a pool though since it was hot! Really enjoyed the clubhouse membership with pool and beach. Purchase an umbrella if you plan to sit on the beach. There are only umbrellas for the pool.

We had a wonderful time for a week at All Docked Out. The property is beautiful and is in a great community that is quiet, highly walkable with very friendly people. There is plenty of space both indoors and out. We have rented in the Keys for several years and KCB is our favorite. The only thing that would make it better is if the visit were longer!.

The Property was clean and as described. Our only problem was the Ice machine on the freezer was broken. A repairman was promptly called but had to wait for parts. The beds were comfortable, the jacuzzi worked well. The internet TV was a challenge, especially for local channels.. The location is great , short walk or drive to Sunset Beach and to the Cabana Club. All in all a real nice property and I would rent there again.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! Upon arrival there was an issue, however after contacting the owner it was taken care of in a timely manner. The property is as described inside and out. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook a meal. My son enjoyed fishing in the canal where we saw jellyfish, stingray and a manatee that came right up to the dock and stayed for a bit. Hot tub was clean and nice to have on a few chilly days. The area is quiet and has a couple restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

The pool and beach at the cabana were clean and convenient. The owner was very responsive and receptive to requests. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our time at All Docked Out
The property was exactly as pictured. The location is ideal at Key Colony Beach, and was easy to get to all our favorite places in Marathon. The dock side patio was perfect all day for eating a meal or just relaxing in the shade. Nice walk to Sunset Beach too. We really enjoyed the Cabana Club and swam in both the pool and ocean there. Very clean and well cared for.

The place makes you feel relaxed upon arrival. From the colors, to all the natural light in the living room and the outside area. It is hard not to feel relaxed. We had no issues and David was quick to provide assistance when requested. The house had everything we expected and needed for our stay.
Only two negatives and this is our opinion, but others would find it as a positive. Thr bed had a foam layer that made it super soft. While we enjoyed laying on to relax it didn't work for sleeping. The living room rug, while fit the decor well,, was not comfortable to walk on barefoot, so we laid blankets down where we walked.
But with all that said we will be back to stay during our next trip to the Keys.

When we contacted the owner, he had to check with his girlfriend and didn’t know if the cleaning company supplied them. He later replied no they didn’t. We informed him that for $225/pn at a hotel or other VRBO locations we’ve stayed in, everything is provided. He came back stating we were being rude and he’d have the cleaning people bring some. The afternoon before we left, the cleaning company brought 4 washcloths. We asked for more trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels because we couldn’t find any on site. The cleaning lady informed us that we were only provided 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of cheap 1 ply toilet paper!!!! Our stay was for 5 days with 4 people!!!

Beautiful Waterfront Home
The house was beautiful and the canal access was perfect since we had boats with us. Key Colony itself is a little high-strung but the owner was very helpful and communicated with me amazingly! Highly recommend for sure.

This property is gorgeous, clean and spacious. I stayed with my partner and my three adult children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor space is large and very comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a tiki for shade. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there are TV's in the living room and the bedroom. Really great location and a beautiful house.

The home was perfect for a family . The yard was quiet and you have a dock on the water . A new hot tub, nice patio and a grill . Quiet area and less than a 10 minute walk to a pool and beach club. Very good places to eat in the area . You will need a car . The aquarium was great and driving to the Keyes for shopping is less than an hour . Many fun water activities too in the area . Enjoy !

Excellent place for vacation! We'll be Back!
We had a 5 day stay at Key Coloney and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. the beds were so comfy to sleep in, which is hard to find in most VRBOs. We had a great view and the of the canal and even saw a cuddle fish! The jacuzzi was a great added bonus as was the fan under the shaded hut! Kitchen was very clean had everthing you needed to prepare any meal. Dishwasher was very quiet . Washer and Dryer that is located outside under carport worked fine. TV was great in family room, but we are older and couldn't figure out TV in bedroom, but we weren't there to watch TV! Clubhouse pool and bar were very nice, The beach area is small and there was a lot of seaweed, but the pool was very refreshing as were the frozen drinks! Being centrally located in the Florida Keys was a huge plus for this VRBO and plenty to do in Marathon although we did take a day trip to Key West which was a blast. The owner was very quick to respond to all questions and had good recommendation for the area. Will pass on this VRBO to friends who want to stay in the Keys and we will be back hopefully for a longer stay!
