About this house rental
To rent by the week (preferably from Saturday to Saturday), small detached house on the edge of the village of Roaix (6 km from Vaison-la-Romaine, at the foot of Mont Ventoux).
A century-old house, it has been completely renovated but has retained all its charm of yesteryear.
Located on the banks of the Ouvèze, it has a pleasant garden of 600 m2. Peace and quiet with the sound of the water and the singing of birds in the background. A small haven of peace not overlooked (no access to this place at the bed of the river).
Sleeps 4 max - Ideal for a couple or even 3 adults or a family with 2 children.
Upstairs: a large bedroom (22 m2) with a 160cm bed and a small bedroom (8 m2) with 2 90cm beds. Shower room + WC upstairs.
On the first floor: Equipped kitchen (Dishwasher - Induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.)
Living/dining room - Wifi - Internet TV
Toilets on the first floor
Air conditioning upstairs. Electric heating on the first floor.
Outside: laundry room with washing machine - Garage (automated opening) -
Plancha - Garden furniture
Sheets and towels on request at an additional cost (15€ per bed - 3€/towel/person)
Non-optional end-of-stay cleaning: €60
During this period, we take particular care to clean and disinfect the premises before each arrival.

Nice and quiet location. Lovely enclosed garden with plenty of space and privacy. The house is neat and fully equipped. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Upstairs, comfortable beds and a shower, and the air conditioning keeps it nice and cool at night. A convenient garage for the car and bike. A bakery, a small supermarket, and a good restaurant are within walking distance. We were welcomed by Chantal, our hostess, who quickly made us feel at home. A great location to escape the hustle and bustle, yet everything is close by. Beautiful cycling area with a view of the Ventoux (which is, of course, easily accessible!) and beautiful tourist spots nearby. We will definitely be back!Sandra & Hans

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable gite. Well equipped kitchen and lovely outside space with dining table and barbecue, plenty of seating and a mature garden. Parking available in garage next to the house which is very convenient. The upstairs bedrooms were air-conditioned which was very welcome in the hot weather. Vaison was only a short drive away and Roaix is a good location to visit many of the pretty villages close by. Chantal, the owner was extremely helpful and was always on hand to answer any queries we had.

This house is located near to Vaison/Séguret etc. we had a little issue with finding it and our car didn’t fit in the garage, so we parked in nearest car park. We do have a long car.
The house has two bedrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. Also a bathroom with shower and downstairs toilet. All spotlessly clean
Kitchen is well equipped for a holiday home. We were very comfortable and garden was also very nice. Only issue we had was the washing machine.
