Italian-design stone flooring with underfloor heating in all rooms. 2 private bedrooms with solid-wood floating beds (180 x 200 cm). Wi-Fi in all rooms. Flat-screen smart TV in the living and bedroom areas. Open, high-quality built-in kitchen (by LEICHT) with dining bar, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Bathroom with walk-in shower (80 x 120 cm) and illuminated, heated mirror. Lockable basement storage room for sports equipment, luggage, etc. Washer and dryer available for free use. House terrace with a magnificent view of the Karwendel Mountains. High chair, crib (including mattress), and changing pad for our youngest guests. Upon request, we offer our guests a parking space in an underground garage or a locked garage in the immediate vicinity. (Rental fee: 15.00 € per day)
