About this apartment rental
The vacation rental, which accommodates up to 3 people, is approximately 45 square meters in size and was completely renovated and refurnished in the spring of 2020. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet, as it faces the backyard.
We live on the upper floor of the building ourselves.
The vacation rental consists of a spacious entryway, a bathroom, and a living area of approximately 40 m² featuring a kitchen/dining area, a relaxation area, and a sleeping area. The hardwood floors throughout the living area create a cozy and warm atmosphere.
The kitchen and dining area is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette and a dining table made of natural wood. The kitchen includes a 2-burner ceramic cooktop with an exhaust fan, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a toaster.
The small couch area across from the large flat-screen TV is a great place to relax after a busy day.
The double bed with a high-quality mattress next to the window ensures a restful night’s sleep, and there is also a comfortable sleeper sofa across from the bed.
The bathroom fixtures are brand new, and the bathroom amenities are of very high quality. Cozy shower and bath towels and a hair dryer are provided for your use.
Of course, you’ll have internet access.
You’re also welcome to use our garden; a seating area set up specifically for our guests ensures that you’ll have plenty of privacy.

Die sehr nette Vermieterin hat alle perfekt vorbereitet. Übergabe ohne Komplikationen. Alles tiptop sauber, modern und gepflegt. Gartennutzung war auch möglich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gehobene und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Frau Zeiler hat tolle Ausflugtips zusammengestellt und die Gegend bietet vielfältige Sehenswürdigkeiten, Möglichkeiten für sportliche Aktivitäten und kulinarische Genüsse.
