To the left of the entrance is the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large TV and DVD player for added entertainment. The guest bedroom opens into the guest bathroom, which includes a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Nestled further down the hall are the twin-size bunks, perfect for children to have their own space to unwind. At the end of the hall, you will find the well-equipped kitchen on your left, including all utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. Enjoy a nice dinner and good conversation at the large dining table. Step into the inviting living room, boasting matching furnishings and decor, along with a large TV. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all Pelican Isle has to offer. House Rules Beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 6. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Beautiful location, facility, everything. The condo contained anything that would be needed for a wonderful vacation. So clean and the decor was perfect!

This unit checked all the boxes for this Mother's Day stay! I am a bit of a condo snob, so trust me when I say, Stay Here! It's a awesome location, it's clean and has everything you need for the perfect stay! I only have one complaint from my son and that was the mattress could be a little thicker on the bunk beds. The decor in this condo is one of the BEST I have stayed in.

It’s a nice condo but to small for 6 adults. It’s ok for just a weekend get away but if you are planning to stay longer this may not be for you. There were no extra blankets or none that I could find. Coolers were nice though. Although I didn’t spend much time inside some of my family did and it just wasn’t big enough. The pull out sofa needs new mattress. If you have back issues don’t sleep on it. Beach was very nice though. Spent lots of time there!!!

This condo was absolutely immaculate! The master bathroom and walk-in shower were a nice surprise! Spectacular view and access to the beach. Pool was heated as well as having a nearby hot tub. The cooler in the unit came in handy for taking food and drinks to the beach. Highly recommend this unit and it will be a top choice of ours for future visits to Fort Walton Beach!

606 was perfect for our family! There are a lot of extras, like a large beach cooler, and also a small one to take on quick beach visits. Super-trendy decor. Comfortable beds. Cold AC. Great location from elevator. We never heard our neighbors at all. Fast elevators. We enjoyed the pool after beach trips. The hot water heater makes a few sounds, but no biggie. We would stay here again, no question!! Eat at Stewby’s! The beach service is nice, too. Our only complaint is the seaweed in the water. We only had one clear day. I think that is typical for this time of year. Vacasa was wonderful to communicate and check on us. The unit was sparkling clean. It couldn’t have been better.

Had a really great cooler to use for the beach, a lot of extra items in hallway closet, (air pump)laundry baskets. Fully stocked kitchen, decor was beautiful. Chandelier sold us in the photos. Neighbors were under construction so very noisy, extremely loud hallway bathroom noise, from ceiling and water heater was loud.

The condo was very beautiful. The communication from the property managers was wonderful. If we needed anything, they were a text away. The only thing that was a struggle was the very firm mattresses on the bunk beds and the master bed. Some may love that, but it was a challenge for us. Otherwise it was a great condo!

We were blown away by this condo! The layout and size is perfect for multiple adults and the cleanliness couldn’t have been better. Beach access is very easy and elevators were fast. We will definitely be back to stay!

This condo is absolutely beautiful, better than pictured. Ceiling fans in each room are so nice to have! Stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and furnishings! Hairdryers included, there was also a big igloo beach cooler in master closet. Beach view from balcony stunning! Very clean comfy and will book again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I took my two adult daughters on vacation for their birthdays. Such a gorgeous condo! Enjoyed the balcony in the mornings watching dolphins while having coffee and in the evenings watching the sunset while having wine. Condo was gorgeous and super clean!! There is an iron and also a hairdryer provided, which it doesn't list, so no need to bring your own. Did not see a wine bottle opener, but brought one just in case! Loved having the beach service included and such a short walk from the condo! The grounds were clean and enjoyed the hot tub and pool every day! Be sure to go to Parlor Donuts - they are AMAZING and we had a great dinner outside at sunset at The Shack. We only used the Vacasa staff at front desk for getting parking pass, but so friendly and convenient. Hardly anything to do for clean up when leaving! Would DEFINITELY rent this condo again!

This condo is nicely decorated and was very clean. The beach service was an added bonus. Unfortunately we dealt with June grass (or seaweed) for most of our trip which at times made the ocean not swimmable. Just unfortunate timing because we loved Okaloosa Island and the nearby restaurants and shops.

We have stayed at Pelican Isle before and we will continue to keep coming back. We arrived 2 hrs before check-in and was able to get into our condo which was great since we had been driving for 14 hrs with a 1 year old. Always clean and meets all of our expectations and needs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!

You cannot see how beautiful this place is from the photos. We did not want to leave !!
It is so roomy yet so cozy and special attention is provided with every detail for everything you need except food. I have visited quite a few spots in Ft Walton but this will be my choice from now on !!!
