3 bedrooms (one of which is on the first floor, and a baby bed and a changing table): 1 large living room, fitted and equipped open kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 1 mezzanine area (equipped with children's games), private garden located 900m walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Raguenes, and Tahiti. Ideally located not far from the painters' town of Pont-aven, and the tip of Trévignon, located 3km from the shops. Ideally located to visit the area of Pont aven, Port Manech and the tip of Trevignon. Proximity to the beach of Dourveil, a beautiful surfing beach. Sailing and surfing lessons nearby.
All bookings will be the subject of a written contract sent by the owner and to be returned to sign accompanied by an identity document completed by a certificate of civil liability insurance.
Any occupation beyond the date provided for in the contract will be considered a violation of home.
Possibility of a high chair (free) on request. Possibility of sheets (additional option on request - flat rate 30 €/room).

Very clean comfortable house with good selection of facilities - though odd that the listing references hot tub a few times (not that we would have used it had there been one!). Only negative is minimal replaceable stuff like salt/oil/cleaning spray/dishcloths. Really comfortable beds, nice shower, good oven and induction hob, very light and roomy. A lovely house.

Lovely house which was perfect for our needs. Sophie and Denis were very helpful when we needed advice with the television. The house is only a 15 minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to Nevez for bread and a super market. We would happily stay again,

We stayed 10 days in Nevez in the lovely new house of Sophie and Denis. It is recently built and well maintained. The kids "room" upstairs is super for families with kids so they have their own place to play. We really enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Excellent wifi. Parking in front of the house is very comfy. Location is nice for beachlife and hikes. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back!
