Nice..

The space was lovely

There are so many little things wrong with this property for £400 per night, I have all the images of the errors and slackness from the owners, looks great in pictures, but when it comes to the fine details of the Appartment is a let down. Where do I send all the pictures of the flaws with the suite.

Terrible experience; bad customer service, dated apt in need of repairs and updating.

not included

We had difficulty getting into apartment when we returned home at 8 pm. We had 2 phone numbers for very luxe apt and neither number answered until the next morning. 3 of us called maybe 20 times that night. We finally followed in another guest and up the elevator and were able to use a code for the apt door. When I called the same numbers the next morn ing and complained about not being able to reach any one for assistance, they lied and said they answer all calls promptly. The next evening we had a similar problem with another issue, were unable to reach anyone for assistance until the following morning. Overall, it was a terrible stay. The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable, the shower leaked, outlets in my bedroom didn't work. The street below was very noisy until 2 am; there was no air-conditioning, so we had to leave the windows open. The elevator worked sporadically. The hair dryer did not work and when I called to report it in the morning, they never replaced it. I had to call them again at 4 pm. When the shower pan leaked because it didn't drain properly, I requested new towels because I needed them to mp up the water. The towels never arrived. I realize now that other guests have left bad review; 5-6 ratings. This was the most expensive apt we had in Europe, and the only bad experience we had during a 3 week trip. The apt was listed as having 3 bathrooms, but in reality there are only showers in the bedrooms and one toilet for the whole apt; it should have been listed as 1 1/2 baths, not 3. This very definitely was not a Luxe stay, it was an unacceptable stay.

it was very disappointing to pay so much for a poor experience

Good location but a little worn

Location was great. WiFi good.

Shower drain slow. Needs update on furnishings, like a new couch and some comfortable chairs in the main room. The mattresses on the beds we're high in the middle and uncomfortable. There should be some information about how to use the heaters and additional towels, toilet paper and paper towels provided. The whole place needs some updating.
