A 6-minute walk from the sandy beach of Portissol and a 6-minute walk from the very lively port and town center, the air-conditioned villa is in a small private cul-de-sac in a quiet area.
House classified 2* at the Sanary Tourist Office for 4 people with a living room with sofa and a bedroom with bed of 160 each room opening onto the terrace of 40m2.
Independent fitted kitchen, induction hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, combi oven.
Shower room and WC
Private enclosed garden terrace with deckchairs and garden furniture as well as a gas barbecue, terrace half sun and half shade thanks to the mulberry plane tree.
Private parking. Pets allowed, by owner agreement

A very dynamic city with its port, its many shopping streets, its market (voted the most beautiful market in France in 2018) and its night market on the port every evening. All this is done on foot from the house
Many events in Sanary. Charming little villages in the surrounding area: Le Castellet, La Cadière d'Azur
From the port, departure by boat to Les Embiez, and boat trips with several themes (dolphin watching, fishing,....). Golf La Frégate less than 20km away
Many hikes possible (big brain, Siou Blanc plateau, Chateauvallon, Giens, Porquerolles....)

Petite maison idéalement située proche mer et port tout à pied.
Le plus le parking dans l impasse. Pour nous de vraies vacances sans obligation de prendre la voiture si on ne le veut pas.

La plage, les commerces, les restaurants, les marchés sont accessibles à pied. Maisonnette agréable, avec une très belle terrasse, 1 barbecue bien appréciable l'été, 1 literie parfaite...La propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Location à recommander sans hésiter.
